"Okay then tell me...."
I took a deep breath and started telling him
FLASHBACK (7 years ago)
"Anamika listen to me......he is not a good guy. I always feel bad Vibes from him."
I tried to explain my best friend who is in love with a rich brat Varun.
"ENOUGH ADI. VARUN WAS RIGHT YOU'RE JEALOUS OF OUR RELATIONSHIP"
She yelled at me
"Look Anamika, he just wants your body. I've seen lust in his eyes not only for you but for every girl. He is definitely not good for you. And remember our board exam is within one month. So concentrate on your studies not in anything else. I'm your friend Anamika I'm tensed about you. Please leave him."
"Advira let's pretend that we don't know each other okk?"
"ANAMIKA ARE YOU MAD. For him you are ready to leave your best friend"
"Yes I'm deeply in love with him. Goodbye Advira I'll miss you"
With that she sat in Varun's bike and left.
"Ana... ANAMIKA......"
I slowly walked towards my home where my parents were talking to buaji.
"What happened princess. Aap itni udaas kyu h" (why are you so upset)
I started crying and told them everything
"Sshhh it's okay princess. Everything will be fine. Try to talk to her tomorrow okay?"
He said and I nodded
I tried to talk to her many time but she ignored me. After exams the vacation started and all students were waiting for the results but I was tensed about her. One week before result announcement she came to me saying that she is pregnant with Varun's child and he is denying it. I was shocked to the core. This was what I was fearing for the most.
"He called me slut who is desperate to sleep with any man"
I hugged her tightly and told her to calm down
"Don't worry. But what about this child? We should abort it"
"No please I want this child. He is the sign of our love"
"Anamika are you still......"
"Advira he is just tensed about whatever happened. He loves me and I love him. "
"Anamika are you crazy? He called you with names and you are saying that he loves you? This child will create a problem. Try to understand, he is not ready to accept you."
"Please Advira. This child will not...."
Before she could complete a hard slap echoed in the room. It was her father. He gripped her hairs tightly and said
"You shameless girl. How dare you? You ruined everything. It's all fault of your mother, she can't teach you manners.I never wanted a daughter but your grandmother was desperate to see you otherwise I would have aborted you that day but I'll never let you ruin my reputation. From this moment you're dead for me. Don't dare to enter my house otherwise I'll kill your mother and brother"
Her father threw her on ground mercilessly and left.
My parents helped her and made her sit on the chair.
"I'll talk to your parents beta. They'll definitely understand you."
My father said and left for Shyam uncle's (Anamika father) house
Her father was a narrow minded man. He insulted my father when he tried to explain him. Maa and buaji was consoling my friend and tried to make her eat the food but she didn't. She didn't eat anything from five days. Somewhere there is a little hope in her heart that Varun will came to her. But my father scolded her to not take care about her health and said that it will affect the baby. Finally she ate the food and I jumped happily.
