@infront of jennies house

Jennie could now finally leave yoongi s house in the evening. however,

she coloudnt stop him from following her like a shadow. but the girl never felt so relieved as now to see the front door of her house. "I should let you go now" yoongi said ,more like telling it to himself.

"what a shame" he said. his voice held a lot of sadness which made the jennie's heart sink. "..."

"what are you thinking?" yoongi calmly asked seeing Jennie spacing out. Jennie stumbled backward in fright but he held her chin roughly and forced her to look into his eyes.

he just coloudnt stand her away from his watch-

he even wants to know her thoughts.

"..."

Jennie fiddled with her fingers finding for a perfect answer. "I have difficult homework." she quietly muttered. but yoongi's sharp eyes weren't leaving hers "so..so..i thought maybe I could ask you to help" Jennie said but bit back her tongue for saying that.

because it was a lie.

Jennie knew yoongi would fly into rage by seeing the fierce look in his eyes and it was desperate effort of her to defend herself. because she was thinking about taehyung.

but the result of the lie was better than she imagined.

the furious gleam in yoongi's eyes fainted and turned into a soft smile. a genuine smile. it was beuatiful.

jennie could see the male's cheeks flushing red. she felt bad for lying.

"you did ?" he asked as jennie glanced away from him. "I dint know that. I misunderstood you" he said as he gently rubbed his hands on the girl's chin to take away the non existent pain.

"shall we meet tomorrow? no let's meet tomorrow!" his voice seemed so excited and happy. which made jennie feel somewhat in her tummy. it did made her feel somewhat guilty.

"o-okay" Jennie quietly said.

yoongi smiled as if the short answer satisfied him. and ofcource it did. it increased so much of his hope.

and he hugged Jennie so tight.locking her up inside his arms. "I love you so much baby" he said it in a low voice beside her ears. it left her breathless.

afraid of seeing by others. Jennie tried to wriggle and escape. just then-

"hey"

the voice made jennies heart pound inside her chest.

'No...!' Jennie thought.

her mom saw them.

"mom..?" Jennie whispered while she was still trapped in yoongi's arms. Jennie felt tears welling up in her eyes. but not wanting to make her mom worry she turned her head away.

"is she your mother ?" yoongi let go off her and asked in his usual voice. Jennie wanted to snap at him wanting to show his real colours. but she couldn't let her mom see that ugly scene.

"oh..mom.." Jennie said sounding as casual as possible. "nice to meet you." yoongi cut her off "I'm jennies boyfriend" he said as he bowed to her mom.

"boy...friend ?" jennies mom asked with her mouth slightly agap."yes" yoongi said ever so smiling warmly.

"she said she'll do homework at soojin's house until late night. but i was so worried thats why i came here, im sorry"

yoongi said, "oh..." jennies mom replied. "so the girl who called me last night was soojin" jennies mom mumbled as she smiled softly at yoongi.

"yes.. she is jennies friend and a friend of mine too" he said.

jennies pov

no mom!

it's all lies...

I've never even heard of the name soojin.

the cry only echoed in my mind. I dint have the courage to say it out loud. like he said-

I couldn't do anything.

"I'm glad to hear that" jennies mom said. "she never told me about how her school is" mom said smiling fondly at both pair.

"and she dint tell me she had an amazing and handsome boyfriend here"

mom said as she chuckled. Jennie couldn't feel anymore alienated than this.. "not at all..she helps me lot too" yoongi said. Jennie really dint knew why yoongi was trying so hard to impress her mother.

"good to know" mother said.

"it's late. do you wanna stay for dinner ?" mom asked. Jennie dint wanted to have dinner with yoongi. heck no---

go away allready !

"no, but thank you" yoongi said glancing at Jennie who was silently playing with her fingers looking adorable as ever and back to her mom.

"I'll visit again later" yoongi said with a sweet smile. giving a tiny squeeze on the tiny girls soft palm making her yelp silently. her cheeks turning red in embarrassment.

both yoongi and her mother giggling at Jennies cute action. well because mom looked delighted, not noticing his mask at all.

"I should get going then" yoongi said giving a last glance to Jennie's beautiful face giving her a soft smile. "see you tomorrow" he said in a low voice making a shiver run through the girl.

"y-yeah" Jennie stuttered.

she dint feel at home even far away from yoongi. because the persistent gaze followed arround her like a shadow.

@jennies house

"wash and come out child. dinner is ready" her mother's sweet voice said. Jennie quietly noded still feeling embarrassed. "okay mom" Jennie responded back wanting to wash her face with cold water and wake up-

just when Jennie kicked her shoes and headed to the bathroom she was intrupted with a call.

"who is this ? I don't have anyone to call me " Jennie mumbled to herself.

without checking the caller. Jennie pressed the button.

"hello"

"it's me" a familiar deep yet soothing voice spoke. jennies heart sanked hearing the voice at the other side.
