18 | Friend Becomes Best Friend

Next morning
I woke up by the sun shining through my curtains. I rubbed my eyes as I got up. I walked to my door and unlocked it. Then I went downstairs to get my phone. Luckily Jungwon wasn't downstairs. As I got to the living room I took my phone to see how much the clock was.

"OMG ITS ALREADY 8 AM, I'M LATE" I screamed causing Jungwon to wake up.

I went upstairs and in to the bathroom to get myself ready for school.

As I was done I went downstairs to get a sandwich.

"Good morning y/n..." Jungwon said a lil sad.

I just ignored him and went out to go to school.

30 mins later
After about 30 mins of walking, I finally arrived to school. I ran to my locker, took my stuff and ran to my class.

As I got in everyone turned their head to look at me. Jimin saw me and waved for me to go sit besides him.

"Sorry ms.Kim for being late" I apologized as I bowed.

"Thank you for apologizing" she said as she gestured me to sit down.

I made my way through the class and sat down beside Jimin.

"Hey y/n" he said with his cute smile.

"Hey..." I said cold.

He knew something was wrong but couldn't ask me because we were in class.

After 1 hour
As the teacher dismissed us, I took my stuff and walked away without saying anything to Jimin.

As I made my way to my locker Jimin ran towards me.

"Hey, hey y/n, slow down" he said as he ran up to me.

"What's wrong?" He said as he got worried.

"I-it's nothing" I said as I opened my locker.

He slammed my locker and turned me around so I would face him.

"Okay, I can't take it anymore, y/n you have been acting really weird lately and I've noticed it, something is wrong, can you please tell what the problem is?" He asked me as he held my hands looking worried.

"I-i" he cut me off.

"Please, I hate seeing you like this" he said.

"Okay, I had a fight with my brother yesterday and" I stopped myself.

"And what? What y/n? What happened?" He bombed me with questions.

"H-he raised his hand to" I stopped myself again because I started to tear up as I got the flashbacks from yesterday.

"To hit you?" He asked me.

"Y-yea" I said as tears started to fall down my cheeks.

"Did he hit you?" He asked me worried hoping Jungwon didn't hit me.

"N-no, he stopped himself" I said as I was crying.

He pulled me by my hands and hugged me. I couldn't hold it in, I burst into tears as his shirt was now drained in my tears.

"It's okay, he didn't hit you, he knew at that moment that it wasn't right" he said as he patted my head and rubbed my back.

"But what were you guys arguing about?" He asked me as he pulled away from the hug and wiped my tears.

I didn't say anything which means I didn't wanna talk about it.

"Okay, I get it, come I'll drop you off at home" he said and grabbed me by my wrist.
