"Ion like you spending money on me" Marquise told me as i handed him a box.
"Oh well" i shrugged as he slowly opened the box while looking dead at me.
I watched him as he looked down and sat the top on the table and grabbed the necklace out of the box.
"How you find this picture" he asked me shaking his head as he smiled at me. A couple weeks ago i asked Nana for some pictures of Marquise and his dad, when she sent the pictures i instantly went to the store and printed them out.
On one side it was a picture with Marquise and his dad and then on the other side it was a picture of Marquise, Nana, KJ,and Imani. They had took the picture the day Marquise went to jail. King wasn't born yet so he obviously wasn't in the picture.
"I have my ways" i smiled as he sat the necklace down and stood from his seat before walking to me and pulling me into a hug.
"Thank you" he told me kissing me cheek.
"You welcome. Now we both got one" i smiled as he pulled away and sat back in his seat.
He instantly smiled and put the necklace around his neck.
"This my new favorite chain" he smiled making me smile at him.
"You was so young in them pictures" i laughed looking at the chain.
"Mafuckas was young as hell" he shook his head taking a drink out of his water.
"You ain't even have no hair" i shook my head and he chuckled.
"Thank you Bae" he said again making me nod.
"You welcome. I got another gift for you too" i told him making him suck his teeth and me smile.
"What part of don't buy me nun else don't you understand" he mugged me and i shrugged.
"None of it" i laughed drinking my water. "It's at the house tho." I told him.

"When you even go ta the mall" Quise asked me as he opened up the 3 boxes of timbs i had got him a few days ago.
"When we had all went to the mall" i told him and he looked at me.
"That's why yo ass was up in there taking forever" he shook his head holding up the timbs.
"We finna be cozy this winter" i said smiling making him shake his head.
"It ain't no damn winter down here. It's rain and wind. Pussy ass weather" he shook his head making me laugh.
"Yo ass finna have me in all da timbs" he shook his head putting the shoes back in the box and setting them in my closet.
"Timbs are really cute sooo" i shrugged as he laid between my legs.
"We should move in together" Marquise told me and i looked down at him.
"Are you high" i asked him making him mug me.
"Fuck up. But na im deadass. We always wit each other at either my crib or yours so why not" he shrugged making me lick my lips. My lips all chapped and stuff.
"Ian ready for allat yet. Maybe sometime in the future but right now issa no for me. Not cause ion wanna live wit you but, i just became independent in my own house and i wanna make sure I'm ready for that next step before we start moving to other steps" i told him playing wit his hair that was in single dreads.
"I feel you. But how far inna future" he asked me making me laugh.
"Ion know. Prolly like next year or sum" i shrugged and he nodded.
