Anduin's POV
I continued to run. Just... Run. I didn't know where I was going anymore. The place was vaguely familiar, but I couldn't tell anymore. I just ran.
Ran from my death.
They were chasing me now. On their worgs and with their weapons while all I had was a bit of holy power. I was scared, to say the least.
I should have gone with Rell, I should have gone to father. He wouldn't run away, he'd stand and fight them.
Of course, he's a warrior, a king and was a gladiator fighter for the horde.
With that reminding thought I flinched and tripped. Again.
"damn it, focus you idiot!" I growled to myself. I tried to get up, but was stuck.
I looked back and gulped.
Okay... So maybe I didn't trip...
"Hello there, little Prince" Hellscream chuckled, his worg's paw on my leg, threatening to break it.
"Hellscream" I greeted with a hard swallow.
"Why do you run, whelp? Your speed would do well in our races."
With that, I kicked the worg hard in the face with my free leg, turned and high tailed it out of there.
"Screw that" I muttered, hopping over a broken tree. I continued to run.
Until I ran into a temple.
"Woah..." I breathed.
It was beautiful. I don't think I'd ever been there before. And I wasn't the alone one there.
"Anduin!"
I turned to the other entrance. "Father!" I gasped. I flinched when he took in my look. My clothes were ripped in places and I was dirty. I could feel my face was bleeding, and only then did I realize I was lipping from my newly injured leg.
I was about to move forward, but something stopped me. I tried to move, but I was stuck.
"Anduin!" Father called "Anduin!"
I didn't reply. I didn't want him to think I relied completely on him. I've gone a month about on my own, and I was still alive. Kinda. In pain, yes, but alive!
They couldn't move either. As soon as Hellscream and his men came in, they couldn't move.
I looked around me best I could.
Alliance at the northern entrance; stuck.
Horde at the southern entrance; stuck.
Me at the middle of the temple floor; stuck.
What was stopping us?
What ever it was, it didn't stop us anymore.
Hellscream screamed "Wyrnn!" At first, I was afraid he meant me, but when he charged, I knew it was for my father.
Father yelled "Hellscream!" And charged as well. I looked back and forth. Both sides, charging.
I don't know what came over me.
I felt... Angry. Furious even! Why were they fighting? On such a sacred place! I screamed.
"Enough! This is stupid and reckless! The serenity of this temple will not be desecrated by ignorant violence!"
Boom!
Everyone was blown back. I panted as I fell to my knees.
"What... Happened..."
Everything went black.
