Vanilla ice cream Brownie bites Chocolate syrup Strawberries Raspberries Mango Banana ( garnish) Swirl stick cookies ( garnish) Wafer cookies ( garnish) Cocoa powder ( garnish) Mint leaves(garnish) Whip cream fresh or store bought ( garnish)
Whip cream recipe 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp of powder sugar
1.To make whip cream with together heavy cream vanilla extract and powdered sugar in a mixer or by hand with a whisk, mix till it's medium peaks. Place in piping bag with tip and place in fridge for later or you can use a scoop if you like to.
2. Prepare and set aside your fruit and cookies you are going to use. Set an ice cream to soften for a bit on the counter.
3. Prepare layering. Place brownie bites at the bottom of your parfait glass then a scoop of ice cream. Douse a little of chocolate syrup, then layer with mangos, raspberries and strawberries. Top with generous amount of whip cream. Garnish with banana and cookies. Squirt a little more chocolate syrup on top of whipped cream then finish by sprinkling some cocoa powder on top. Finish with mint leaf.
