16. Knight pasta

(Knight sauce is milk/heavy cream, butter and flour cooked together )

Spaghetti noodles (cooked)
Mushroom (sliced)
Bacon (sliced)
2 garlic cloves minced/ 3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp flour (for thick sauce)
1/4 cup white wine (for thin sauce)
1 tbsp butter
Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper or taste
Parsley for garnish

1. first sliced mushrooms and bacon.One slice placed butter and sauté pan then mushrooms cooked mushrooms till slightly tender. then add minced garlic salt pepper and rosemary then mix.

2. Add bacon to the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. ( If you want thick sauce add flour for thin add wine) then heavy cream. Slowly cook honestly move on low heat till simmers and thickens. Then add Parmesan cheese and cook to fully melted and blended it together. Once fully cooked pour on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley
