Divergent high

Parents

Now I am going to see my parents to tell them I'm getting married. Ever since what happened with dauntless and erudite headquarters being attacked the whole city has been on lock down and we've been told to stay in our faction. I start walking to the door that leads out to the town but there are too guards there. I start flirting with one of the guards,
"Hey"
"Hey" the guard says with a deep voice
"Sorry about this" I say and punch him in the gut and take his gun I shoot the other guard in the leg before he shoots me, and then I run out. The city square looks abandoned no one is there then I see the entrance to abnegation. The guards see me and start shooting at me I shoot them all with my tranq gun that I brought along. I walk into abnegation and all the people just stare at me. Then I see Mrs. Patterson, a friend of my parents.
"Mrs. Patterson"
"Beatrice"
"Yeah"
"Oh it's so good to see you but what are you doing here your not suppose to be here"
"Yeah about that can you tel-"
"Hey there she is" one guard yells at me.
"Sorry Mrs. Patterson but where are my parents" I say taking her into one of the houses
"Third house down on the right"
"Thank you" I say then peer out the door then the guards start shooting at me and get me in the arm. I sprint out shooting at them and I get three of them then I run into my parents house.
"Mom dad" I shout
"Beatrice" my mom says and drops here plate and runs to me.
"Mom I- ow" I say grab my arm in pain.
"Oh Beatrice always going and getting your self hurt aren't you"
"Ha not as much as Four" I say quietly so she doesn't hear.

My mom bandages me up and we start to talk again.
"So how's dauntless"
"It's good how have you been"
"Good"
"So"
"So"
"How's dad"
"He's good"
"Mom why can't you look at me you haven't looked at me since I walk into the door" she doesn't respond
"Mom why can't you look at me"
"It because you've changed Beatrice, you have a tattoo, wearing all black, and have a red highlight in your hair" I had forgotten about the highlight that Christina had put in my hair with koolaid, but what she said angers me.
"I'm sorry I guess I shouldn't have come, I guess you didn't want to see me"
I say putting on my jacket, then dad walks in,
"Why are there guards just waking up out side" my dad says
"Great, now it's going to harder to get home"
"Beatrice what are you doing here" my dad says looking surprised to see me.
"I'm sorry I wanted to tell you guys something but seeing that you guys don't want me here I'll just leave" I say angry
"No if you have something to tell us please stay for dinner" my mom says

My mom comes and sits down and we start to eat. We have been eating for awhile and then my dad drops his fork and I look up.
"What's the matter dad"
"Who gave that to you" my dad say starring at my ring.
"Honey are you getting married" my mom says.
"Gee I'm sorry I thought you guys would of been happy for me, but instead you sound disappointed" I say leaning back in my chair.
"No Beatrice we-" my mom says getting cut off by my dad
"You know what Beatrice I am disappointed with you, you are wearing all black, shooting people willy nilly, and now your getting married to who that number boy, your too young"
"Dad it's my life my choice and I'm twenty but why would you know that seen that you've missed my last five birthdays and his name is Tobias" I say while starring him dead in the eye which is a sign of dominance in my family.
"Beatrice don't talk to your father that way" my mother says while stepping in front of my father
"You know what dad I'm going to marry Tobias and we are going to be happy as ever, with or without your guys support" I say
"Open up" guards say banging on the door
"Beatrice hide" my mom says
"No mom it's ok I need a ride home any way since you guys don't want me here anymore" then guards come running in and I put my hands up and they cuff me and I walk out. I decide I don't really want a ride home so I grab one of the guards gun and knock him to his knees and point the gun at his head.
"If you come any closer Bang he's dead"
"Ok just don't shoot" one of the guards says
"Ok then toss me the keys to theses cuffs" I retort.
"Here" a guards tosses me the keys and I take the cuffs off.
"Know where is the keys to that truck"
"No we can't let you do that" one of the guards say and takes a step towards me.
"STRIKE ONE what did I say about coming towards me now I'll have to kill him."
All their faces go white and I start laughing.
"What so funny"
"I'm not a cold blooded killer"
"Really?" One of the guards say
"Nope in fact here" I walk towards him throw him the gun and then take out his legs and run. I hear then train and I sprint and then JUMP! I land inside of the train and heading home.
