Ruby's POV:
"Wait, she's waking up!" I hear which sounds to be Naomi's voice.
"You shouldn't really be standing." I also hear a masculine voice which seemed familiar.
"Hush! Ruby are you ok?" I try to open my eyes slowly. At first the shadows aren't as detailed but now they start to form their original form once I blink a few more times.
"What happened?" My head was just giving me faded memories which wasn't helping.
"You're in a hospital." The guy answered and it took me a few seconds to remind me that he was the guy that we meet and talked in the party.
I stare at his face and I start to remember him and his friend being with us after what happened.
"Gosh, it's all messed up." I bring my hand to my head pulling my hair back.
"As far as I know, him and his friend saved us from whatever happened."
"It couldn't have been..." The only word that was stuck in my head was vampire but I push it away cause it makes no sense at all.
"I don't want to believe either." Says Naomi.
"Someone wanted to kill us or what?" I point a hand to my best friend's neck. Tears threaten to arrive but I push them away just like that word that was beating in my head.
"I don't- I don't know what were those people... What they wanted..." She whispers.
"I'll give you two a moment to talk." He says already living.
"But didn't you save us? I remember you guys being with us after it." I say looking at him.
He sighs, closing his eyes for a second. "You guys were attacked by two girls." He comes closer to us. "They... I heard in the TV that they broke off of an asylum, yeah! They are freaking obsessed with vampires and the sobrenatural world so-"
"What?" I say at the same time as my best friend looks at me, shock in her face.
"What the hell?" She says. "And the blood thing?"
"Like I said, they act like they are vampires." He explains.
And again I bring my both hands to my head. "It felt so real." I look again at Naomi's neck while I slowly touch my neck.
"Fangs made for that purpose." He adds.
"Who let those crazy women get out like that? How the hell that happened?" Naomi asks.
"A fail in the security... Not the first time it happens tho... They already had so much complains and trouble that I'm sure it will close off anytime soon if this keeps on happening."
"Where's that asylum? It's not here right?" I ask not knowing the existence of any asylum in town.
"Next town..." He informs.
"It should already have closed. Imagine how many people got hurted." Naomi says.
"Did they were already found?" I ask.
"No, not yet. Unfortunately. But I think it was on the TV... Let me check if it still is..." He turns the TV on but we hear two knocks in the door. The door opens and the guy that steps in was his friend and the only thing I can do is stare at his face. The guy that was with us says something but I don't really pay attention. The memory of two black eyes appear in my memory and they were to stick not wanting to leave my head not at least, until he makes eye contact with me which I instantly break it off.
I check that he wasn't not alone, he brought a friend with him that started talking with the black haired guy. I still didn't know his name.
"I heard that you two were already awake... what a story huh?" Blonde guy says to us.
"Definitely." Says Naomi. For some reason my mind couldn't form words, I was to concentrated in those eyes.
"Look! They're talking about it." Me and my best friend turn our attention to the TV just like everyone else.
The two girls in their 20 years that escaped the asylum were they were in, are still nowhere to be found. They have a personality disorder and they act like they aren't humans, in this case, a sobrenatural creature, vampires. They can have dangerous instruments and they were known for attacking other colleagues and nurses. Several police officers are right now on the field but everyone is advised to stay at home, in the surroundings. If you see any of this two girls, please contact the officers right away.
"Gosh, we had such a luck..." I sigh.
"We need to tell the police that they attacked us. We can help finding them!" Naomi advices.
No one says nothing, they just look at each other.
"Of course! They can find them faster with our information." I look at Naomi. "Don't you guys think the same?" I look at them.
"Actually we don't." Says the blonde guy that was with us. He actually had blended hair, blonde with black.
"Here we go again..." Says his friend.
"San do me a favor to the other girl." So, his friend's name is San I think to myself.
The only thing I know, is that the guy with blended hair comes closer to me, seating in my bed. San is talking to Naomi but I don't really understand what he is saying since I'm more interested in the guy closer to me.
He looks deeply in my eyes and so do I do when I noticed his staring, don't wanting to let it go. His dark eyes were like the dark of the night who full me in but not in a bad feeling, a good one, the feeling of wanting more, to see more, to get lost in those eyes, like the night rides at night, the fun and the wild. To be free was the answer.
"You're not going to tell anyone what happened this night neither tell the cops. If someone asks what you have on your neck, tell them it was an incident at the party. You got drunk and fell. Understood?"
"Understood." I say.
"What happened this night? What do you have in your neck?"
"I got drunk in the Halloween party and fell." Even if I wanted to talk about those girls, my mind couldn't form the words, only those ones. But I didn't even got worried about it, it was like I couldn't even get mad at it, I practically was forced to say only that and omit the whole truth and believe me or not, it was fine for me. It was what I was supposed to say either way.
"Good girl." He says breaking the eye contact after. I blinked a few times already missing those eyes and the feeling that it provoked me.
They switch positions and now I'm looking at San. A wave of calmness reaches me, making me comfortable and not overwhelmed about what happened. The nervous and the pain wasn't there anymore.
