Dating there siblings
You can never I repeat NEVER date your besties brother(or sister)....without permission. If you do not have there blessing then don't go behind there back and start a forbidden love type of thing. Sometimes it may seem cool and fun and super rebellious but it could end a friendship. Your friend might or probably will be more uncomfortable of you dating there sibling (boy or girl I don't judge)!
My opinion :
It's very true but I've always wanted a sort of forbidden love so I would be very tempted to date the boy if I truly liked him but like Rule #11 says Sisters before Misters!
