Meaning, once you get a boys number you can't call or text him for at least so minimum a day and a half. Unless he texts you first!
My opinion:
Oh hell to the no! I say go for it it. When u get his number wait maybe a few hours or so, so you don't look desperate but you shouldn't have to wait like a week!
