5 times 1A were oblivious and the 1 time they noticed

Midoriya was only 3 months old when he had his first seizure. Inko called Mitsuki in tears, crying that something was wrong with baby Izuku. Inko had hoped it was a one-time thing but they only got worse as he got older. Katsuki became aware that something was wrong with Izuku around age 5 when they were playing tag while Inko and Mitsuki were talking about Mitsuki's new line of clothing. They were running around the living room and Izuku began to stumble. Katsuki finally caught up to him and tagged him before running off. Before Katsuki could get too far he heard Midoriya call out to him. 'Kacchan' Izuku said weakly. When Katsuki turned around Izuku was sitting on the floor as blood dripped from his mouth onto the carpet. 'Izu?' Katsuki questioned as Midoriya's face became blank and he slumped to the floor. Katsuki ran to the kitchen and tugged on Mitsuki's skirt. 'What's up kid?' Mitsuki says looking down at him. 'Something's wrong with Izu' Katsuki said and Inko's eyes widen as she bolts from her chair. When Katsuki and Mitsuki walk into the living room Izuku is seizing and there is more blood on the carpet. 'Mitsuki! Call an ambulance!' Inko called out and Mitsuki ran to get a phone. Katsuki wasn't allowed to see Izuku for a week after that incident. Izuku was in the hospital for a month and a half. When Katsuki was 10, Mitsuki explained that Izuku suffered from seizures and that it was dangerous. Katsuki asked his mum if he could learn to help Izuku. It took a lot of convincing but Inko and Mitsuki gave in. Once he finished his training, their parents gave him a watch. It would buzz if Izuku was going to have a seizure which means he needed to find him. Izuku was relieved when they found out they would be in the same class at UA. It had given him a little comfort when his situation finally came crashing down on him. Bakugou begged Midoriya to at least tell their homeroom teacher so they could be excused if they needed to but Midoriya was stubborn. But such a big secret can't be kept for long. Aizawa found out 3 weeks after the boys started UA. He took note of how the two of them often disappeared or left class together. He noticed the days where Midoriya definitely didn't look well and he noticed when Bakugou shot Midoriya worried glances. After letting them out of class for what felt like the millionth time, he followed them. It was fine, All Might was supposed to be taking the class anyway. He followed from afar and confusion set in as the boys walked into one of the classrooms that was never used. He waited for the boys to come back out but they didn't so he decided to go in. Aizawa quickly opened the door, not sure what to expect but definitely not Midoriya seizing on the ground and Bakugou leaning on a desk. 'Took you long enough' Bakugou grumbled. 'Want to explain what the fuck is happening here?' Aizawa growls. 'Deku suffers from seizures. Has them maybe, twice a week. We know it's not in his file and we don't want it added in' Bakugou says. 'Why not. This is something that all the staff should be aware of' Aizawa snaps. 'Just drop it. It's going to freak Deku out enough that you found out' Bakugou growls as Midoriya stops seizing. He lays on the floor and slowly opens his eyes. He looks up at Bakugou and Aizawa before beginning to panic. 'You'll throw yourself back into a seizure if you panic like that' Bakugou says as he sits beside Midoriya. Aizawa sighs before kneeling to the ground. 'Explain everything' Aizawa says softly. They spend the next hour telling him everything. Aizawa agreed to keep it a secret until Midoriya was ready. Aizawa excused them from class every couple of days and things were going well.

Monday

3rd Person POV

Dusk had fallen over the dorms and the students were tired from a long day of classes. Kirishima, Mina and Sero were cooking dinner in the kitchen while some other students watched and chatted. Some were studying for an English test later in the week in the common area. Bakugou was leaning against the kitchen counter, talking to Mina and Kirishima while they cook. 'Todoroki was telling me about how he thinks Shinsou might be Aizawa's love child and honestly, he has some good points' Mina says. 'I mean, I could see it' Kirishima says while cutting up some vegetables. Bakugou turned as Midoriya stumbled down the stairs. He walked over to where Bakugou was sitting and sat next to him. 'Hey guys! What are you cooking?' Midoriya questioned. 'Oh, we're cooking soba! Todoroki asked for it' Mina explains and Midoriya gives a weak nod before turning to Bakugou. He leans in so only Bakugou could hear him. 'Everything is really fuzzy' Midoriya whispers. 'Do we need to leave?' Bakugou questions. 'Yeah' Midoriya questions. 'Come on Deku, I'll help you with the homework' Bakugou says so the group can hear as he leads Midoriya over to the stairs. Once they're out of sight of the class Midoriya slumps against Bakugou. 'Come on Izu. Only a little bit further' Bakugou says softly as they walk to Bakugou's room. They finally make it and Bakugou is quick to react.
