Chapter 31: This Time We Run

The explosion blasted the place into bits. Accepting the fact that the Mechanic was covering a secret that got my wife Anabel killed. I was angry but, i realized that it wasn't his fault that his parents was like that. I'm sorry Mark for all i have done please forgive me. Only sight in my eyes were pain and anger. I couldn't forgive what he have taken away from me. I pushed him with all my strength. He fell to the ground, with dirt kicking up. The guards said stop its not worth it. I approached the guard, what do you mean, my wife is dead with her neck sliced and you say its not worth it. When were you going to tell us that your Name was Jason. I didn't think it was important. I am truly sorry for your loss. I grabbed my gun aiming it at him. Sam and the Scientist said stop , you know Anabel wouldn't want this. I Hesitated and put my gun back into my pocket. God knows what i would of done if Sam and the Scientist wasn't their. Sam said be quiet everyone..... do you hear that. The trees were moving like a rampage was coming for us. Look she pointed a Hunter crawled out from the trees jumping from place to place. Then a blow horn sounded off, the hunter disappeared no where to be seen. Zombies rushed their way thought the trees toward us , i never seen any thing like it. lets go, we all rushed into the trucks. Sam got into the car with me and the others were in some other car. A hunter jumped on top of the roof it was biting its way inside. I grabbed my gun shooting the roof multiple times until it stopped. We drove off just in time. I guest the explosion alerted the zombies.

The roads were clear,the sky was blue. It seemed peaceful. Trees lined up on every side. A charger rushed through the trees on to the road. Trucking one of the trucks flipping it over. Two to three minutes later exploding. The car was right in front of us so their was no way of getting by with the truck. We all got out the car. Sam pointed, look. Their was a line of Zombies coming for us. We had to run the rest. Come on Sam. We have to make it. We were running for our lives. A giant rock was thrown from one of the Zombies landing on top of one of the guards. Sam wanted to stop to see if he was okay. knowing deep down he was dead. The scientist and Jason were right beside us with sweat dripping from their faces. We were half way their until Sam tripped up. Zombies were about thirty inches away. I grabbed her wrapping her in my arms like a baby. Running with all of our might.
