Chapter 7 Brother Dearest

Felix's P.O.V.

In the morning Pan, Lilly, and I go to the cages to see Alexis. Pan's in a happier mood than usual, and that weird because he hates troublemakers. He especially hates girls that make trouble. Or that's what he says anyway. We haven't had any girls on Neverland before Lilly and Alexis, except for Wendy, and she's always been kept in the cage. "How do you think your sister liked her night in the cages Felix?" Pan asks me.

"No clue." I say, it's been a while since I've spent time with her.

"Lilly?" he asks. She doesn't say anything and tries to shrink back in fear, not liking the attention. Right now she looks sweet and innocent, but I know that she can be a real spitfire when she wants to be.

Pan stops and turns around look at her. "Well...?" he demands.

"You are so evil." She sneers. Pan looks a little surprised at her out burst, but quickly recovers.

"Maybe you'd like to spend a night in the cages with your little friend?" he snaps.

"Why, I haven't done anything wrong. I've only ran once."

"You were disrespectful to me, and let me tell you something. If you ever want hope to get off this island, I'm the only one who knows how to get off it, so I suggest you watch your tongue." he snaps. He turns and starts to walk away, while Lilly glares at him.

When we get to the cages Pan lowers the one with Lexi in it and opens it. "Where is she?" he yells.

"What?" Lilly asks.

"She's not here!" he says enraged.

"Yes!" Lilly says looking at the sky, like she's praying.

"This is a good thing is it? Maybe you'd like to stay in there until we find her and bring her back?" he asks. Lilly backs away from him shaking her head no. This isn't the Lilly I know. The Lilly I know would more than likely go up to Pan and punch him in the face. She must be planning something, or Alex told her something. "Wendy!" he yells bring her cage down. "Where is she?"

"I don't know." She responds looking up at us through the bars of her cage.

"Don't lie to me Wendy. You know where she is and how she got out."

"I don't, she did it while I was asleep."

"She didn't offer to take you with her?"

"No she did it while I was asleep."

"You're lying." She is, I know my sister, and she would at least offer to take her with her. "Felix, weigh in?"

"She's lying." I say. "Alexis would at least offer to take her with her."

"How would you know?" Lilly asks sounding angry. "You haven't been around for over 30 years. You don't know your sister as well as you think you do."

Pan completely ignores her. "Do you have any idea how she escaped, because from what I can tell, it looks like she had to use magic, do you know if she has magical abilities?"

"Not that I know of." I say. I get a surprised look from Lilly. She didn't expect me to lie for Alex. She's my sister and my loyalty will always lie with her.

"Take Lilly and go back to camp. Have the boys start looking for her, but make sure she comes back to me unharmed, or there'll be a punishment, understood." I nod my head yes. "Good, now I need to have a little chat with Wendy about lying to me."

"Come on." I say to Lilly. We start walking. About halfway there, she breaks the silence.

"You lied for Alex. How come?"
