Felix's P.O.V.

I watch as Lilly and Alexis laugh at something. It's the first time that I've truly seen her smile. Not just smirking at Luke or something.

Pan's starting to get ready fro the truest believer. He's supposed to be here in a day. I wonder about him, apparently his name is Henry and he's really close to Lexi. When Pan says close I wonder how close he means.

"Do you know what they're laughing about?" Luke asks.

"No, and leave them alone. The last thing you need is Pan on your back because they refuse to help, because you ticked them off. So I suggest that you stay away from them."

"I was just going to even out what I did to Alexis with Lilly."

"Do you even know what you did to Alexis?"

"No."

"You broke her nose and a few ribs."

The next morning I watch as Pan gives the girls breakfast. Lexi refuse to eat claiming that her stomach hurt. "Felix, go get your sister to eat."

"How am I supposed to that?"

"You'll find away, you're her brother."

I walk over to Lilly and Alexis, and sit in front of Alexis. "Are you going to eat today?" I ask.

"No, my stomach hurts to much." She tells me hugging herself.

"You need to eat something."

"I'm not hungry."

"I can always ask Luke to come over here and help me." I say.

"Fine, I'll eat." I wish I didn't have to threaten her like that. Even though it doesn't seem so bad, I think she's scared of Luke. I might be too, but I'm stronger than him.

Later in the afternoon Pan takes Lilly somewhere and warns Lexi to stay in camp.

I go over and sit next to her. "What did Pan send you over here for?" she asks.

"Nothing."

"So shouldn't you be watch the lost boys are something?"

"Luke can do it." She looks at me with a frown on her face. "Lexi, I'm not trying to be the bad guy here. It'd be nice if you stopped thinking about me that way."

"Then make me believe that." She says. "I want to believe that." She whispers thinking I can't hear.

"And I want you to believe but I can't tell you anything."

"Why not?"

"Cause that's Pan's story to tell, not mine." I say as she sighs. "Come on." I say. "I want to take you somewhere."

"Where?"

"You'll see."

I take her to the Mermaid Lagoon. It's the opposite way that Pan and Lilly went, so we won't run into them. "Wait here." I tell her. "I need to go talk to Luke quick."

"Okay."

I walk over to Luke. "Watch the boys, I'm leaving with Alexis."

"What? Going to help her escape?"

"No. I'm just going to get her out of camp for a while."

"If she tries running-"

"I'll take all the blame. So if Pan gets back before we do, tell him that I have her."

He rolls his eyes but says, "Fine."

I walk back over to Alex, who is messing with the strings of her cloak. "Come on." I say leading her out of camp.

"So, where are we going?" she asks again.

"I already told you, you will see when we get there." We walk in silence for a few minutes before I break it. "So how are you feeling?" I ask.

"Like crap." She responds as she starts to mess with her hair.

"Your stomach still hurt?"

"And my face. Plus my hair is a rat's nest, I stink, and I've been wearing the same close for how many days? I've stopped keeping track."

I reach into my cloak and grab a brush I found for Lexi to use. "Here." I say handing it to her.

"Thank you." She says taking it. She stops and hugs me. "Thank you." She whispers. I hug her back, as she's said, I haven't seen her in over twenty-eight years. I haven't hugged her longer than that.

As we walk she starts to brush her hair. I look at how long it is. It goes almost all the way down her back.

Soon we reach our destination. "We're here." I tell her.

"It's beautiful." She gasps.

It is. The crystal clear, blue water. The sand and the trees, but most importantly it's peaceful. "Want to dip your toes in?" I ask.

"Sure." She says.

I lead her over to a place where we can sit, and put our toes in. I watch Lexi as she takes off her boots. Hers are so different from mine. Her purely for looks, while mine are made to withstand what I do everyday, which is a lot of walking.

We sit down and put our feet in the water. "Here let me see the brush." I say. She hands it to me, and I run it through her hair, until it's completely untangled. I get board after that and start braiding small chucks of hair.

"Lexi?" I ask.

"Yes?"

"Do you have a hair tie or something with you?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Let me braid your hair, it won't get as tangled."

"Are you telling me that after over thirty years, you still remember how to braid?"

"Yeah, so?"

"Here." She responds with a small laugh, handing me a hair tie.

I run my hand down her braid, feeling the smaller braids randomly placed in her hair. I see that the sun is starting to sink in the sky. "Come on, we should get going. It's going to start to get dark soon."

When we get back into camp, we run right into Pan. I watch the smile leave Lexi's face as that happens. "There you two are. I was starting to think that she had gotten away from you Felix."

"I had her the whole time, Pan." I reply.

"Go sit gown Alexis." Pan tells her. She looks between Pan, and me before deciding to listen. She goes over to Lilly, and sits next to her.

"Are we ready for tomorrow?" I ask.

"Yep, and once we have Henry, we won't need Lilly."

"What are you planning on doing with the girl?"

"Sending her home most likely. We have no use for her, and we don't have a reason to kill her. A small spell to have her forget is possible, but that's about all."

He directs his gaze to Lilly and Alexis. "But for tonight, we see how much your sister really feels loved." He pulls out his pipe. "Come on boys, it's time to dance!"
