In Shivika's house:
Annika is learning to make a new dish from Shivaay.

Annika passed the lemon to him. She was filling dizzy and suddenly she passed out.
S: Annika annika! Annika get up
He picked her up in bridal style and go to hospital
In car:
S: Nothing will happen Jaana I'm with you na don't worry we will reach the hospital soon.
Soon the doctor completed his checkup and called Shivaay
S: Dr.Dixit any problem? Why you're smiling?
Dr.: Mr. Oberoi relax. Nothing is wrong
S: then why she got fainted?

Like this 4 months passed. Shivaay took care of her like a glass doll. They decided to tell everyone about the baby's arrival.
In Verma industries:
Ajay is getting restless thinking about Annika. Then the private investigator emailed him something.
Ajay smirked evilly seeing the email.
Ajay: Mr.Oberoi now just wait and watch!
He call someone
Per: Hello
Ajay: I've found them. Just do as I'm saying.
Per: Tell me what I've to do.
Ajay: ...............
Per: okay
He hanged the call.
A person came inside Ajay's cabin
Per: Hi uncle

J: I'm fine uncle... So tell why did you remembered me?
A: as far as I remember you love my daughter Annika right?
J: yes uncle but she's married now

A: beta you are still her friend so just do what I'm saying and once you also told me that your cousin Ragini also want Shivaay. So did you brought her with you?
J: Uncle she's coming can we just wait for few mins?

In Oberoi mansion:
Shivika reached oberoi mansion. Shivaay is the first one to step inside.

He told her to come ny forwarding his hand and she stepped in

Om: Shivaay and Annika bhabhi I'm very happy today.
P: girl what are you doing here?
S: Mom! She's my wife and now going to be the mother of my child.
P: Oh my mata! Childs!
Sh & Om: congratulations Shivaay!
Om: when did you got to know btw?
A: actually Om I'm 4 months pregnant
Sh: and you guys are telling us now?
S: dad, om actually I insisted her because dadi used to say these kind of news shouldn't be out before 4 months and we were living separately so...
Sh: I think we should inform Vermas too.
A: I don't know how dad will react
Om: Bhabi don't get tensed hum hai na and moreover Ru and Pri are also coming.
Shakti informed Vermas about it and they too arrived OM.

Aj: Anu beta kaha ho

Bhavya ran towards her and hugged her tightly!
