Chapter five

The light goes on and the music starts playing it really feels like I just made a nap.

The workers come in and the third game is announced, we go after them one by one.

I go last and next to me is a staff,

I think its him.

Suddenly he comes a little closer to me,

"Do you trust me?" I hear him saying

"I don't know why but yes."

"Good because what I tell you now can save your life"

"What do you mean?"

"Don't go into a group just wait until the time is up!"

And with that he steps back again so that I can't answer him, but I think he does this with a certain reason.

"Your time limit will be 10 minutes!"

We are in a room and the voice tells us to go into groups.

now I know what he meant by I shouldn't go to anyone  but, how am I supposed to do that? should I just say no to everyone who wants me in their group?

okay apart from that maybe not even one will ask me.

That would be perfect to be honest because otherwise it might be a bit suspicious.

I don't even think my group will ask me because they already have a senior and a woman.

Wait what happens if I stay left? Like I know them they will kill me but, he was serious when he told me to trust him he knew I wouldn't be sure to stay.

Five minutes left.

To be honest, I don't know what to do.

I don't know what will happen if I stay so it's bad on both sides because maybe he knew, even when I join the group with the old man I will die.

Okay you know what I trust him and that's it.

I can die one way or another it makes no difference whether I come into the group with women and the old man, or staying not knowing what happens afterwards.

"The time for forming your teams is over..."

while the speaker is talking, two workers come to me and grab me by my arms.

they drag me with them without saying a word. I see they have a triangle on the mask so they won't answer me or explain anything to me either.

The door opens and we are back in the hall where we all sleep.

They throw me on the bed and walk back towards the door.

A staff with a square on the mask comes in.

"You are lucky you are left over. You can stay here as long as the others are in the game you are also free to clean yourself in the bathroom."

I nod knowing that it's him and that was an invitation to go to the bathroom.

But I could really use the time to clean myself up again.

I go towards the door and wait for him. I see him coming in my direction he unlocks the door and we go towards the bathroom.

"I didn't think you would do it" he says with his soft voice

"doing what?"

"you know exactly what I mean you listened to me"

"I don't think I really had a choice, either I would have joined with a weak group or do what you say. What are they doing now?"

"Well, they are playing tug-of-war, only so far up that if they fall they die immediately and they told me this morning that one will be left and brought back here again so I immediately thought that you could be that person"

while he tells me this I wish for nothing more than to fall around his neck. he saved my life again,

but what I do is just going to the sink and rinsing my face with cold water.

He takes off his mask as if it were nothing he goes to the sink next to me without even looking over, and also starts to wash his face.

I look attentively at his face he has beautiful black hair through which he goes with his wet hands.

He has such a clear and stunning face I could watch him for hours

he goes up with his upper body and finally looks at me.

"Are you okay? you look like you're sick"

"Are you serious? I have never seen your face before and you show it to me as if it were nothing"

"Actually you've seen my face before" He says while looking into my eyes.

"No I hav- oh my God" He starts to smile nervously.

Suddenly I can remember I recognize his face.

It was winter and cold outside I was 19 it's been four years I was homeless for the first time for 3 months I had nothing left to eat.

The police looked for me I sometimes stole in shops so that I would not starving.

And because the cold almost killed me I hid in the garden of someone.

But suddenly someone came out he asked me in and gave me food and something hot to drink I even got something fresh to wear he said it was from his mother he didn't ask any questions we talked all night and I didn't spend such a nice time with anyone for a long time.

I immediately felt comfortable with him and felt like I had known him for years. At some point I fell asleep on his chest and the next day I woke up on the sofa he was probably upstairs so I took my things and left without a letter or anything.

Suddenly, emotions come over me that I have not felt for a long time.

It feels like I found a missing loved one again even though it's my fault that we didn't see each other again.

My body starts to move.

It feels like I'm losing control, he has his red overall to the waist down exposing his arm muscels

I can't help but put my hands on his arms.

while I continue touching his could skin I go up with my hands before I can go any further his hands are gripping my waist.

He pulls me in closer while his hands are running down my body.

My face is now so close to him that I feel his cold breath on my lips.

Finally they touch and our bodies start working perfectly with each other.

his fingertips softly touching my collarbone sending a shiver goosebumps down my spine.

I feel his heart beating against my chest.

he is holding me as if I would disapear if he looses his grip.

I feel the butterflies in my stomach are becoming more violent as if they know that this kiss just feels right.

I start to want more and I also feel his body getting more excited.

I have never had this feeling of wanting someone so intensely that it shocks me.

And I know that what is happening right now, won't stop at a kiss.

As it should be.
