You come into the attending lounge and see this dark skinny guy "hello I am Preston Burke cardio surgeon" " Sophie Salvatore also cardio surgeon" " I have heard a lot about you why are you here in Seattle" "a friend of my got a job here as head of neuro he asked me to come with" "You're friend is derek shepherd" " yes do you know him" "yes I do" Burke said
Then derek walk in " hello everyone, Sophie I am sorry I am Late" "you idiot wel this is Preston Burke, Preston , this is derek shepherd" you say " hello". Burke said and they shaked hands. In the mean time a few other attendings walked in. Then chief Webber walked in " hello everyone, as you all can see we have to new attendings, Derek shepherd head of neuro and Sophie Salvatore head of pedtheratic surgery. I say give them a warm welcome." Everybody was clapping then after a while they stopped then they left. You walked over to the peds floor. Your first patient was this girl named cleo, she had heart problems. So you put her on bay pass. Then she wakes up " hello I am cleo who are you?" She asked a bit sleepy still " I am doctor Salvatore" " where am I she asked" "at the hospital don't you remember" "ehh no I don't think so why am I here was I in a crash" she almost started crying then her parents came back into the room and she said "who are this people" "we are your parents" they said."no if you are my parents I would recognise you" she said then the parents started crying. I told them I was going to go page Neuro. So you walk down and you page derek, derek comes and you tell him you do a head ct and she that she has a bleed. Derek tells you that he will have to do surgery. So you give him all the charts and walk away you call mark crying.

You are just finishing you're last burned patient and you see
That you're phone is ringing See that it was sophie so you pick up. "Hey, what's up?" You asked she could here you where smiling "not so good this little girl has this bleed and she does not remember here parents" she answer crying "Sophie listen to me this is part of the job men up and go in there and do the consult" " you are right" " now whip those tears and go in there're,remember I love you" "love you to" she says and hang she hangs up. Back to work " Addison!" Addison walks past him very fast.
