 I saw a shadow and looked up, it was a hawk. A hawk diving down, full speed. I scooped by the pond and missed. I was internally freaking out when I saw it about to dive. It was getting closer and I reacted with my book. I swung and smacked it across the yard. It flew away kinda funky. I looked in the pond to see Sumi still going in circles. "You didn't even speed up," I sighed. At that moment Sumi stopped, the started going really fast. I laughed really hard. "Some day, let's take a nap," I said to no one but myself.
