'Since when was there an art contest?' I don't know of any art contest and if there was, I have never heard of it. I flipped through some of the last few pages the person wrote in.

I looked back from the very start and looked very carefully. I think this person doesn't know that I'm not Sherlock Holmes. But the lettering is really suspicious.
well if you look at that, it looks like the only letters that are capitalized spell out a message.
I took a random piece of paper and started writing the capitalized letters down.

I keep flipping over the pages to look for clues but nothing. I know that 119 is a locker number but i'm at home so i don't know who uses it and 00 is probably their birth year. I'm not sure though, but everyone has talked to me since the first day of school so that's not very helpful.
