The final Escape In the City

Chapter 4

Elias inside the gym.

It's 5:30 pm in the evening, Elias is inside the gym together with his trainer(Thomas) striking the punching bag as he continues with his  normal daily workouts for the preparation of new season of the MMA.

While Elias is doing his workout on the punching bag, striking the Punching back so hard, Thomas then starts to shout at Elias while holding the punching bag.

"What the hell were you thinking about back then at the stage?. Why did you let Eden defeat you on that final match while you almost won it."

Elias's face turns red with anger after hearing the words coming out of Thomas's mouth as he continues doing his workout and then decides to ignore Thomas as he continues speaking to him while doing his workout.

Thomas exclaims at Elias, "Did you know how disappointed we were when you lost that match to Eden. Why did you lose to him, tell me?."

Elias strikes the punching bag hard with so much force and then exclaims at Thomas with so much anger,

"Okay- stop- That is enough. Okay."

"How am i gonna stop Elias. Do you actually know how much we have lost because of you and your stupid mistakes.", Thomas replies to Elias

Elias exclaims and replies, "Okay i know that we have lost a lot of money from our sponsors but please don't keep reminding me of that everytime we practice. Okay?."

Thomas sighs and leaves the punching bag and speaks, "How am i gonna stop reminding you Elias. Do you actually know how furious the boss was when you lost that match?."

"Yes i know how furious he was but there no need of reminding me everytime about that. I'm sick and tired of hearing about that shit, Okay"

After Elias is done talking to Thomas, he  then decides to leave the punching bag training spot and goes to the nearby bench and sits down and rest,

While Elias is sitting on the bench  drinking his water,Thomas then follows him to the place where he is sitting and sits down besides him and speaks.

"Elias. Are you gonna train again after resting?", Thomas asks with confusion.

"No thanks, I'm not in the mood right now",Elias shakes his head in disagreement and replies.

"Okay then we will proceed with our training tomorrow."

Elias continues drinking his water as he cools off himself after a long session of training with Thomas while Thomas looks at him.

"I'm sorry Elias for what i have said to you but there is something that i want to inform you."

"What is it?.", Elias raises his eyebrow with confusion and replies.

"The boss wants you to participate in a friendly rematch between you and Eden because he wants to return all of his money that he has lost during that day."

"What?, That is impossible. There is no way I'm gonna participate in that match right now i simply can't.", Elias frowns and replies to Thomas

"But Elias you have no choice but to do as the boss says. It's better if you do as your boss says or things may end up turning ugly"

"No,No and No. There is no way that I'm gonna participate in that friendly match. I'm sick and tired of your boss bullshit.",Elias replies to Thomas with the sternly look on his face

"Okay then as you say so but remember this brother. Pablo is a very powerful man in Mexico city so it is better if you agree on what he says rather than causing more chaos or else this is gonna end up really badly."

"I don't really care about what he will do to me but I'm not gonna do whatever he wants from me anymore."

"Okay as you say so",Thomas sighs and replies to Elias.

Thomas and Elias then continues talking to each while sitting down together at the bench discussing about their training schedules and plans for the future trainings.

In few moments while there are discussing on the bench. The group of men wearing the black suits enters inside the gym in rush and when Elias sees them, he then pats Thomas's shoulder while calling him,

"Thomas,Thomas. Look, who are those people that entered inside the gym right now.", Elias asks with a frighten look on his face.

Thomas turns and Looks behind him to see the people Elias is talking about, and When he sees his boss coming towards them he then commands Elias to stand up really quickly from the bench as he also stands,

"Elias stand up right now. The boss is coming."

Elias then stands up really quickly after being told that his boss is coming for them, and when the Pablo approaches them, he then starts by greeting.

"Good evening young men. How are you doing?"

"We are doing great sir. Thanks.", Thomas replies to Pablo with a broad Smile on his face.

"So, how is your training going on?.", Thomas asks.

"It's going great sir. we are still working on some few Elias's weaknesses in fighting but soon he will be ready.", Thomas replies to Pablo.

"That is good because i don't want an sort of disappointment later on the match. I really need to return back my money at any cost. Do you understand?."

"Yes sir and don't worry sir. We will not disappoint you this time I promise.", Thomas replies to Pablo with a broad smile on his face

While Thomas and Pablo continues talking to each other, Elias remains silent without saying a single word as Thomas and Pablo continues talking to each other about the match preparations plans between Elias and Eden while Elias speaks to his inner thoughts.

"I have to find the best way to stop this from happening. There is no way I'm going allow this from happening."

While Elias is standing while talking to his inner thoughts, Thomas and Pablo leaves Elias standing and then goes outside of the gym in order to discuss quitely and privately about their issues.

In few moments while Elias is waiting  for Thomas to return back in the gym, his cellphone rings inside his bag and then answers his wife's call and starts speaking with her.

"Hello"

"Darling where are you right now. Why are taking so long to return back home?."

"I'm on my way home now. I will be there in a short while"

"Okay I'm waiting for you"

Elias hangs up his phone and then prepares himself to go home. When Elias is done preparing himself, he then leaves the gym and goes straight back to his home in order to meet up his wife.
