It was a couple of months later and Amy was cooking dinner waiting for Rory to get home from work. A few minutes later Rory came through the door and hugged Amy from behind.
"Hey beautiful" he smiled and kissed her cheek, "dinner smells great".
"I hope you're hungry, it will only be a couple of minutes".
"I better get changed then" he kissed her cheek again and went upstairs.
Five minutes later they were both sat at the table starting their dinner.
"How was work today?"
"It was okay thanks, bit depressing like always".
"I bet, I don't understand how you can work in a hospital".
"Because I appreciate it more when I come home to you" he smiled and kissed her.
She smiled at him "I love you"
"I love you too Amy, so how was your day?"
"It was okay, cleaned the kitchen, did the washing, found out I was pregnant"
Rory almost choked on his food, "you're..you're pregnant?"
She smiled and nodded, tearing up slightly, "we're going to have a baby".
He smiled and kissed her, "That's so amazing, I love you so much".
"I love you too, more than anything" she took hold of his hands and intertwined their fingers, smiling.
