Chapter 2

Chills ran down my spine, goosebumps on my skin. I slowly turned my head to my left, seeing no one.

"Uh, um, I-I don't see her." I chuckled nervously.

"Oh, it's okay. Grandma said she couldn't see her either when we were eating dinner together." Emily said.

I took a breath then looked back at Emily.

"Are you sure she's your friend?" I asked.

"Yeah, she is." Emily smiled.

Having a small thought about her friend, the doorbell rang. I got up, opening the door, seeing the pizza guy. I gave him a tip then took the pizza boxes inside. I place them on the table and grabbed a plate for Emily.

"You ordered lunch?" she asked.

"Yeah, I did, just for you and me." I smiled.

She smiled back then took two slices then went to the table to eat. I only grab one then sat across Emily. While eating, Emily looked up and spoke.

"So, since it's just us, are you gonna invite Six over?"

I took a thought of it then gave a small shrug.

"I mean, if she's not busy, then yeah. I can ask her to stay over here too for the week if you want." I said.

She nodded immediately and asked if I can invite Juan, Two, and Seven over too. I chuckled.

"Sure, if they're not busy, they can come over and sleep for the week." I said again.

"Okay! More friends to hang out too! I just don't want us two to hang out, I want to hang out with your friends too because they seem cool." Emily replied.

I nodded then finished eating, throwing my paper plate away. I sat on the couch then called everyone on the group chat.

"Hey, are any of you guys doing anything this week?" I asked.

"No. I'm just chilling, doing nothing." Juan said.

Everyone else said "no" as well.

"Okay, well, do you guys want to come over to my Gran's house to sleep over for the week? I'm just babysitting my cousin and she wants to hang out with yall too."

"Sure! I love your cousin, she's sweet!" Six said.

"Of course! I'll get my stuff ready and Seven will come pick us up, I guess." Two replied.

"I am?" Seven questioned.

"Yeah."

"Okay, we'll, see you guys in a bit." I said.

I end the chat then took a look at Emily. She smiled then squealed.

"I'm so excited!" she said.

I laughed then waited for my friends to come over, sitting on the couch by Emily.

Few minutes later, there was a knock at the door. I got up, opening it, seeing my friends.

"Hi Mono!" Six smiled.

"Hey, babe!" I said, kissing her head.

"Are they here?" Emily asked from afar.

"Yes, they are!" I shouted.

I waved at my friends, welcoming them in the house, hearing Emily ran downstairs to meet my girlfriend and the others.

"Hi, everyone!" she said with a huge smile.

"Hi, Emily!" Six laughed, hugging her.

"So, when are you and Mono gonna get married?"

Six gave me a look with a smile. I smiled back then gave a laugh.

"I don't know, but it'll happen soon." I winked.

Six rolled her eyes sarcastically then sat down on the couch. Seven closed then locked the door behind him, looking around.

"Wow, this house is big!" he said.

"I know. I remember everything here." I replied.

"Question, where are we sleeping?" Juan asked.

"In the living room, which is here." I said.

Juan nodded then sat down on the other couch, watching the TV. Two and Seven ate in the kitchen while Emily, Six, and I chill in the living room with Juan.

"Mono, I'm gonna go upstairs and play with my dolls." said Emily.

"Okay, have fun." I smiled.

I patted her head then she went off upstairs to her room. I turn my head to Six, giving a calm smile.

"How was the ride?" I asked.

"It was alright. It was quiet in the car and I kinda felt awkward even though we were all friends." she laughed.

"Aww, at least you here." I said, kissing her lips.

Six blushed then punched my arm playfully. I put my hand on where she punched, laughing.

"You're funny." I said.

"Shush." she replied, pushing her lips against mine.

I pulled away then held her hand. While watching TV, I heard Emily, screaming. I quickly ran upstairs, opened the door, seeing her standing in front of the closet.

"Emily, what's wrong?" I asked, hugging her tightly.

Six came in the room seeing me and Emily. She bent down, putting Emily's strain of hair behind her ear.

"What happened?" Six asked.

"Me and Diana were playing hide-and-seek but she scared me." said Emily.

"Diana...who's Diana?" Six asked me.

"Uh.." I said, speechless.

"She's my friend. I invited her when she came out under my bed. Also, you can't see her, only I can. I don't know why, but anyways, she said you're pretty."

Six gave me a look with a small terror. I turned to her then back at Emily.

"Why won't you hang out with Juan downstairs?" I said.

She nodded then went out of the room, yelling Juan's name. Six gave a small laugh then went downstairs. I smiled then stood up. I was about to leave the room, but I felt a cold wind, making my skin shiver. I turned around, seeing no one. Turning back around, I walked out of the room, having a feeling someone was watching behind me while I was leaving.
