Pokémon Nuclear

Chapter 5

Patrick woke up to Squirtle and Eevee playing tag. What a crazy life thought Patrick as he stepped out of bed. Patrick called his mom. His mom answered.
"Hi Patrick!" Patrick's mom said.
"Hi mom!" Patrick said.
"How's everything going?" Patrick's mom asked Patrick.
"Not that good, yesterday a team called team nuclear came and set the town on fire." Patrick replied.
"OH MY GOSH!" Patrick's mom yelled.
"It's fine not much damage happened." Said Patrick.
"That's good at least. How's Squirtle?" Patrick's mom asked.
"He's great yesterday he evolved into Wartortle but I still call all my Pokémon by what their name was when I caught them." Patrick replied to his mom.
"That's great! Anyways I have to go. Stay safe!" Patrick's mom said as she hung up.
Patrick went outside with his Pokémon to bring them to the Pokémon daycare. He heard noises in the grass. What now thought Patrick. A Spearow came out.
"FINALLY A POKÉMON THAT IS NOT RADIATED!" screamed Patrick in excitement.
"Pikachu use thunderbolt!" Patrick told pikachu.
The pikachu weakened the spearow. Patrick threw a pokeball at the spearow.

THE SPEAROW WAS CAUGHT!
Patrick opens up its Pokédex and wonders what it will say about spearow.
"Due to its short wings, it can't fly long distances. It wanders about restlessly and pecks at bug Pokémon." Says the Pokédex
"Interesting." Patrick says.
Patrick goes back to walking to the Pokémon center. He sees two team nuclear grunts talking. Patrick starts to eavesdrop.
"We shouldn't ever do something that dangerous again! WHO DO YOU THINK WE ARE!" Screams the leader.
"i-i-i-I'm s-sorry." Says the team nuclear grunt.
"GOOD!" Yells the leader.
Patrick starts to run to the daycare. On his way he sees a weird thing in the grass.
"What the heck are you?" Patrick says to the mysterious thing.
A green horn comes out of the grass. Then a tiny earthquake starts.
"WHATS GOING ON THIS WEEK!" Screams a civilian.
A Absol comes out of the grass. The disaster Pokémon. But this time it's green and black.
"A nuclear Absol....?" Patrick says out loud.
The Absol looks at Patrick almost as if it's smiling. Patrick takes out a pokeball.
"I can't wait to catch this one but it'll be hard." Patrick says.
The Absol looks at Patrick and makes its paw touch the pokeball.
"What the?" Patrick says.

ABSOL WAS CAUGHT!
Patrick let the Absol out of its pokeball. The Absol looked at Patrick. Patrick looked back at it. I should show this to the Professors Patrick thought to himself. Patrick ran to his house and knocked on the two Professor's door.
"Good morning Patrick!" Professor Ketchum said as he opened the door.
"LOOK AT WHAT I GOT!" Patrick said happily.
"What is it?" Professor Ketchum asked.
Patrick showed Professor Ketchum the Absol.
"Wow." Professor Ketchum said in Aw.
"It put its paw on my pokeball and caught itself with no effort." Patrick said.
"That's crazy..." Professor Ketchum said.
"I know, It seems fake." Patrick said.
"I'll have to put this in this regions pokedex." Professor Ketchum said.
"Oh by the way can I help you make the Pokédex Professor?" Patrick asked.
"Yes you can!" Professor Ketchum responded.
"OH BY THE WAY it seems no regular Pikachus are on this region only the nuclear ones." Professor Ketchum said.
"Odd." Patrick said as he started to walk away.
Patrick went to his house and let all his Pokémon out of their pokeballs. Patrick forgot all about the daycare.
"Alright you guys meet Absol!" Patrick said to the Pokémon.
Absol smiled at the Pokémon and laid down. Patrick heard a knock on the door. Who could it be thought Patrick.
Patrick opened the door. It was Professor Oak.
"Hello Professor." Patrick said.
"Hello Patrick." Said Professor Oak.
"Everything ok?" Patrick asked.
"I have good news." Said Professor Oak.
"What is it?" Patrick asked.
"I found out team nuclear's plans." Responded Professor Oak.
"What are they!?" Patrick asked
"They plan on attacking the daycare and stealing some Pokémon eggs to test on them." Responded Patrick.
"What do they want to test?" Patrick asked.
"I think they did something unbelievable." Professor Oak said.
"What did they do." Asked Patrick.
"I think they are making a new Pokémon but it isn't working so they are going to try and hatch it." Professor Oak said.
"That will never work." Patrick said.
"I know that." Said Professor Oak.
"Last time they tried to make this Pokémon the power plant blew up." Professor Oak said.
"So they didn't make a new Pokémon but they made a new Pokémon type accidentally? Isn't that enough." Patrick said.
"I guess not." Professor Oak said.
"This is horrifying, what else can they make? They have so much power." Patrick said.
"I know they do that's why we have to stop them." Professor Oak said.
"Right." Patrick said.
"Meet me at the daycare at 5:00 am on Thursday." Professor Oak said.
"Alright." Patrick said.
"Goodbye." Professor Oak said.
"Bye!" Patrick said.
Patrick couldn't believe what power team nuclear had. Patrick went into his room and did research on Pokémon creation. He had an idea on what caused the explosion and how to stop it from happening again. He would tell Professor Oak on Thursday. Patrick went to bed.
