tommy got exiled again because they thought tommy blew up the prison

dream escaped the prison on this arc, wilbur blew it up but they where dumb enough to asume (idk how to spell it XD) it was tommy and because of that dream is able to walk any where he wants because the prison is blown up and tubbo hasnt decided on what to do with him

ik its a shitty plot but no ideas sooooo-
