JASON
Jason felt like he would explode. He jabbed his sword through another straw dummy, then threw it to the side with the other unfortunate victims. It had been two days since Piper had gone missing, and he had spent almost all of his time in the arena, training. Frank and Hazel were due soon, and then they would finally be off on their quest.
Jason was worried sick about Piper. He knew Khione well enough to know that Piper may already be dead, or turned into an ice statue. He slaughtered another straw dummy.
About an hour ago Nyssa from the Hephaestus cabin had approached him about an hour ago (A/N there you go annaf2002, happy now lol?), with ideas for getting Piper out. She said she and the rest of the Hephaestus cabin was working on some devices that could make some serious flames, but she finished with "I just wish... Never mind" before trudging off.
Jason could guess what she was going to say, though. Leo. Just the thought of his name made him want to break down. Leo was the one who could save Piper. When they were battling Khione at wolf house, they all would have died if it wasn't for him. Jason just hoped with the inventions Nyssa was making for them combined with the power of the remaining seven would be enough.
Jason heard someone approaching from behind him, so he sheathed his sword and turned around. It was Annabeth, and she had a smile on her face. "Frank and Hazel just arrived, they are waiting for you in the big house. You coming?"
Jason nodded and together he and Annabeth walked together to the big house. Just as it appeared over the hill, Annabeth turned and stopped Jason. "Look, I'm worried about you, and so are the rest of the seven. I know its been really hard on you with Piper gone, and I know what that feels like. But remember who you are with. If anyone can help you rescue Piper, it's us."
Jason stared at her for a moment, then dropped his gaze. "Yeah, I guess you're right... It's just Khione has been beaten twice. Once by Leo, and the second by Piper. The two people we don't have. I'm just worried."
Annabeth nodded, and replied "I know. But there are more of us this time, and hopefully we'll be able to overwhelm her. Now let's go see Frank and Hazel."
She turned and ran up the hill, Jason following closely behind. As they climbed the knoll, Jason could see Frank's figure, and Hazel by his side. They were talking to Percy, probably reminiscing about old times. As Jason approached, he saw Coach Hedge leaning on his new baseball bat, watching the exchange with a slight smile. Jason grinned inwardly. Coach Hedge seemed to be much happier since he was reunited with his wife and son, Chuck. He screamed "DIE!" much less now, but he was still far from the other peace loving satyrs Jason had met.
Annabeth ran over to Hazel and gave her a hug that was quickly returned. Frank walked over to Jason and extended a hand for a handshake. Jason smiled and shook his hand. Frank smiled as well, and said, "Jason, I'm really sorry about Piper, I..." Jason cut him off quickly. "It's fine man, that's why you're here right? We can save her." Frank gave smile faded, and then glanced over to where Annabeth and Hazel were joking around with Percy.
Frank pulled Jason a couple feet away from the others and lowered his voice. "Jason, I know I really shouldn't be telling you this now, with Piper being missing and all, but I'm worried about Hazel. She still hasn't gotten over Leo's death, and I mean I haven't either, but she is still really bad. On our way over here, we found a huge crater. Like, ginormous. Hazel said she sensed traces of celestial bronze in the crater, and she was convinced it was from Festus. And then that night, she was crying in her sleep, and although I couldn't make out much, she kept saying Leo's name and Gaea."
Jason nodded. Hazel and Frank had been the only ones to know about Leo's plan, and he knew they felt horrible about it now. "That reminds me, a couple nights ago did you have a dream where you were watching me, Piper, and Leo fight Gaea?"
Frank's eyes widened. "Yeah, I did. How did you know?" Jason replied. "I think all of the seven did. Well at least, the seven that are present. I'm not sure about Piper, but everyone else did. Did Hazel say anything to you?"
Frank shook his head, and said "She didn't say anything to me, but it makes sense that she would have."
The two boys walked back to where the girls, Percy, and Coach Hedge were still talking. Coach Hedge was lecturing Percy on Chuck Norris, and his son Chuck. Percy's eyes were glazed over, and he nodded at random times.
Annabeth and Hazel looked upset, and when Frank walked over and put his arms around Hazel she bit her lip. Annabeth looked concerned, and glanced at Jason. She said, "Hazel had the dream too,"
Frank piped in, "So did I. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could mean?"
Annabeth shook her head. "I honestly have no idea. After the war, I have had hardly any dreams, and now all of us had this dream. Usually demigod dreams mean something, but I can't figure out what that one meant."
Percy's eyes widened as he feigned shock, "Annabth can't figure something out! The world is ending!" Annabeth shot him an angry look, and Percy shut up immediately.
Hazel shook Frank's arms off and said, "Last night, I had another dream. It was about... About Leo when he was little. Did anyone else have anything like it?"
The rest shook their heads, and Jason noticed that Hazel's eyes were rapidly filling with tears. What could be so bad about Leo's past that could shake Hazel like that?
Frank noticed Hazel's tears and looked at her with concern. Hazel hastily wiped her eyes, and said "It was probably nothing. Now how are we going to get from here to Quebec?"
Jason considered that. "We could fly, like take a plane."
"NO" Hazel and Percy said simultaneously. "Bad idea" Percy elaborated. Jason knew he would get that reaction, but he just wanted to put something out there. He had been feeling useless ever since Piper had gotten kidnapped, and he needed to do something.
"How about a train?" Frank suggested. Annabeth nodded in careful agreement, and said "I don't see anything wrong with that, except that it might take longer to get there. I don't have any other suggestions though. Anyone disagree?"
No one objected, but Percy nudged Frank and said "Remember the last time you me and Hazel were on a train?"
Frank groaned. "Don't remind me. That was awful. Although in this situation, we don't have any other choice especially traveling with three kids of the big three."
Percy looked sheepish, but Annabeth intertwined her fingers with his and his expression lifted immediately.
"So a train it is?" Jason asked the group. Everyone nodded in agreement, and Jason said "Great. I'll go talk to Chiron, and then we can leave tonight."
The group disbanded, with Percy and Annabeth going to meet Nyssa to pick up whatever devices she had made for them, Frank going to the archery range, Hazel going to Cabin 13 to visit Nico, and Coach Hedge going to play with Chuck.
As Jason turned to go to talk to Chiron, he closed his eyes and tried to send a message out to Piper, wherever she was, "Piper we're coming"

A/N: Hello demigods!
Ok first off, I'm so sorry for all the filler chapters, I swear there will be action soon. So sorry also for the late update, I kinda find it hard to write from anyone's POV except Leo, Calypso and soon Sami, I don't know why.
I think that's all for now!
Vote, comment fangirl!
P.S: Anyone I tagged last chapter had better do it! ;)
