Chapter Three

I wake up as yelling goes on, Four.

"You can't kill her now she just Transferred!" I hear him yelling as I sit up.

I rub my head as it pounded and my ankle in a cast. A doctor in a white lab coat comes in before slipping out again and calling for Four.

"She's awake!" He yells as Four runs in his vest still on from the game.

"Thank God!" He said softly as he sat beside me in a chair.

"W-what happened?" I ask still confused. I notice a cut just above his eyebrow. Not deep. Not shallow. Medium.

"Um...well you fell of course and took me with you. You fell unconscious and wacked your head on a tree branch." He explains taking a deep breath. His back muscles go back and fourth before speaking again. "And next thing I know Christina's team found us and helped me and you back." He says taking a breath from talking.

"D-did we win?" I ask before laughing a bit.

"Sure let's put it that way." He says smiling as he stands.

"How long was I out?" I ask in a very worried tone. As I speak the words just roll off of my tongue. My voice a bit scratchy as it was warming up to talking.

"Um..." He says as he taps his chin thinking. "Maybe a day or so." He says softly. His voice, the sound of sugar and honey mixed.

"Okay..." I say as I sit up almost as if I knew where to go. I'm pulled back down by Four. "Ehat the hell?!" I almost yell.

"You can't leave until tomorrow." He says as he sets me back.

I pout like a five year old. I cross my long scrawny arms and blow a piece of hair from my face. "Fine." I mumble as Four leaves for his job in the Control Room.

Soon after he leaves sleep creeps over me like a ghost and I'm asleep before I know it. I stay asleep, I twist and turn. I say a few words but am soon awoken by the doctors.

"What?!!?" I ask agitated by them.

"Ma'am you were sleep talking something about Abnegation and two boys." The man says as he walks out closing the door behind him.

I feel my cheeks getting warm and my eyes getting teary. I hold back the tears. Not here, anywhere but here. I say to myself before dozing off again quickly. My mouth stays open since my nose was a bit stuffed.....
