Rikki pov:
I was heading over to Emma's house.
After I reached her place I rung the door bell and Emma answered it.
Bella here yet, I asked.
No, but she is on the way,Emma said.
Great, you got anything to eat I'm starving, I just came back from The cafe. The development is very hectic but we're getting there, I said.
Yeah, I've made sandwiches, She said as she closed the door.
So how's the development going, She asked.
As I said hectic, but it is fun aswell, You and Bella have to come too you know, I said.
I know, I know but for now I'm trying to get peace, Byron is out of town for the week, she said.
So you'll be joining us in a week, I said.
As I said that the door bell rung.
That must be Bella I'll get it, Emma said walking over to the door.
Hey Em, Bella said
Hey, Come in we have alot of work to do, Emma said.
Hi Rikki, Bella said as she sat next to me.
I'll go upstairs and get the book, Emma said as she went upstairs.
How are things with Will, I asked.
Good, I had lunch with him today but he still is a bit upset that I canceled our plans, Bella said.

Guys the books gone, Emma shouted.
Whatn Bella and I both exclaimed as we got up from our seats.
We both quickly rushed upstairs to see if it was really gone.
Em, please tell me you are joking, Bella said.
I wish I was, Emma said.
Cleo is going to get ready mad, she will kill us, I said.
You must have kept the book somewhere else, Bella said.
No the last time I saw it, I was showing it to you and I swear that I kept it back, Emma said.
I know, I remember you keeping the book here, I said.
On a scale from 1-10 how mad do you think Cleo will get, Emma said.
A 20, Bella and I both said.
Guys I know Em kept the book here but it wouldn't hurt to look around, Bella said.
Agreed, I said.
Yeah let's look around, Emma said.
We all kept looking around but we didn't find anything.
Cleo is going to Kill us, Bella said
Guys we have a problem, if anyone took the book, there is a good chance they would read it and Cleo's name is in the book, so Cleo may be a target if this book is in wrong hands, I said.
We need to warn her, Emma said.
You know she will kill us right, Bella said.
Umm, let's do this we don't tell her today and look around some more but if we don't find it today we will have to tell her tomorrow, I said.
That works, Emma and Bella both agreed.
We all started looking around all over the house but nothing.
Guys I hate to say this but, we haven't found the book here and the only other places we go together is the Cafe and Marine Park, and in the Marine park we always are near the dolphin shows so if the book was there Cleo would come through that door and start lecturing us again, and the Cafe is being remodeled so there is not a chance it is there, I said.
So we have to tell them, Emma said.
What if we tell Lewis first and get his help, Bella said.
Bella there is no reason why Cleo should get mad at the 4 of us we 3 did it and we 3 will confess it, I said.
I'm with Rikki on this one, but I feel like we should tell Lewis first, Emma said.
Telling him is no big deal, I said.
Great, so we will tell Lewis first and then Cleo, Bella said.
Girls it's getting late, It's already 8:15 you should spend the night here, Emma said.
Yeah, I'll just tell my father, I said.

Emma pov:
This can't be happening we lost the book and A certain person is going to kill us.
I'm spending the night, What about you Bella, Rikki said
Me too, Bella said.
Great, we can now discuss how to tell her, I said

The next day
Lewis pov:
I woke up and saw that Cleo was still asleep so I looked at the time to see it was 7:30.
Why wasn't she up, she usually woke up at 5.
Cleo, I said.
She didn't wake up.
Cleo wake up its 7:30, I said.
Still no response.
So I went to her side and touched her and she was burning up.
Huuhhh  Cleo gasped as she woke up.
The book something happened to it, Cleo said.
Cleo calm down, you are burning up you have a fever okay, nothing has happened to the book, it's with the girls, I said.
I'm not sick Lewis and I feel it, I feel like the book isn't safe, Cleo said.
It is okay, and youa re sick, I said.
No I'm just having an allergic reaction, it happens once a year to me around this time, there is a cure for it and I know how to make it.
My powers go out of control during this, so my body is heating up as my blood is boiling, I said.
I'm gonna pretend I understand that, I said.
Wait if your powers act up it means you  have mermaid allergies, I said.
I know, I'm just more sensitive to it than you I guess, There is a chapter in the book about it, My guess Chapter-15 Mermaid Allergies, Cleo said.
Oh okay I said.
Achoo, Cleo sneezed.
What is happening to the water, I said.
As I said powers act up, She said.
The water was literally floating in air in  bubbles.

At 10:30
Bella pov:
So we will go Inside, and Emma will tell Lewis that we need to talk to him and then we will tell him, I said

Come on, Emma said.
As we reached the moon pool we heard sneezes.
What's going on in here, I said.
Nothing Cleo is just Sick, Lewis said.
I'm not sick, these are allergies, Cleo said.
Um okay, so I'm guessing those are the side effects, Rikki said pointing to the moon pool.
There was alot of stuff floating in the air from, Frozen bubble to steam and water bubbles itself.
Lewis can we talk to you really quick, Emma said.
If you are going outside can you please bring me these leaves, it's a part of the cure, Cleo said.
Yeah okay, Lewis said.
We all headed out of the moon pool.
So what's up, Lewis said.
We screwed up Big time, I said.
What do you mean big time, Lewis said.
We lost the book, Emma said.
You lost what, Lewis whisper shouted.
The book, Rikki said.
That girls is unbelievably talented, Lewis said.
What, I said.
Not you all Cleo, when she woke up she said something about the book that she felt the book wasn't safe, Lewis said.
What, Rikki said
You all know you're dead right, Lewis said.
We know, Emma said.
This wasn't just a book to Cleo this was her life and now it's missing, Lewis said.
How should we tell her, I asked.
Tell her right now, Or she will be more mad, Lewis said
Okay fine, Emma said.
We all headed back to the moon pool to break the news.
Hey Cleo, I said.
Did you bring it, she asked.
Yes, here, Lewis said handing her some leaves.
She put those leaves in a pot which was filled with water and started stirring it and drank it.
Cleo we need to tell you something, Emma said.
What, Cleo said.
We lost your book, Rikki said.
What, Cleo shouted.
We are really very truly sorry, I said.
You lost my Book, the book which contained secrets of Mako, Cleo said.
We could see that she was having trouble breathing.
Cleo breath okay, just breath, Lewis said.
Okay, I'm gonna get mad at you later after we find the book, so tell me everything in detail, Cleo said.
