"Hey, what took you so long," a guy asked as I approached the entrance to hot topic. He's leaning against a pillar, he has long black hair and is wearing a black shirt with a white sweater and a pair of black jeans, he's also has these big black sunglasses that cover his eyes, the only thing you could see was this big red smile on his face. It was Jeff.

"Well," I start to speak with a dramatic tone, "who made me walk all the way to the mall alone?"

He looks up at the ceiling and replies in a joking manner, "Hmm, I wonder."

"Jeff!"I shout while hitting him on the chest, but instead of getting mad or complaining about the pain, Jeff starts to laugh. "Jeff!? Are you laughing at me!"

"Ow. Ow. Hahaha-Ow," he continues to laugh uncontrollably while I continue to hit his chest, till he finally feels the pain and starts telling me to stop. "O-okay okay, Martha. I'm sorry, so can you please stop?"

"Alright, but only cause I really wanna start our spree." I reply while turning around and looking for my first victim. It felt like, how do I explain it, like if you were to go to a Black Veil Brides concert and got to meet them face to face for the first time.

All of the sudden, I feel something grab my shoulders and pull me back, causing me to lose sight of this one pink, rich, snobby looking girl which I wanted to start off with.

I turn around to see Jeff looking down at me with a serious expression. I hate when he looks like that, because one, he looks miserable, like if he has to tell me something but doesn't want to. And two it just bothers me, I mean how do you expect me to take a serial killer serious when he has this big red wide smile carved on his face.

Oh, which reminds me, Jeff has this big red smile carved on his face, which I didn't know how he got up until a while ago. You see my parents had told me the reason Jeff has that "creepy" smile is because someone had attacked him at school for having this upset face, and for some reason, they decided to cut a smile on his face, that way he could always be smiling. The day we ran away from home, I decided to ask him about it and even told him about the story our parents told me. He told me that what mom and dad had said was just some bullshit they made up so that they could seem like the 'perfect caring parents', and so that people wouldn't say crap like their kid has mental problems or should be locked up in one of those psychiatric hospitals. In fact Jeff told me that HE did it to HIMSELF, and mom and dad are just a pair of lovable phonies, whatever that means.

As I'm deep in thought, wondering how I'm gonna kill that snobby girly girl, Jeff cuts me off again. "Come on, Martha. We're going to the food court."

"Huh?" He takes my hand and leads me to the elevator without allowing me to question him.

As we get to the elevator and wait for it to come up, I see a girl with long blonde curls wearing a pink and white flowery dress with flats, and they're not your plain white or black flats, they have pink and red roses on them.

It takes me a while before I notice, but that girl with the pink dress is the exact same girl I saw and I was talking about, you know, the one I was planning to kill today. I turn away in annoyance since I'm not allowed to kill her and face the other side. I spot this group of teenagers walking out of Spencer's, probably around my age.

They come out laughing and pointing at these two guys who seem to be 'play fighting,' both the guys fighting have long hair, one of them has dirty blonde hair, which seems to curl up at the ends, the other one has long black straight hair, I can't see their faces since they're in this weird wrestling hug position. There's around five or six guys and four girls in there group.

I glance over to see what Jeff is doing, I catch him in the middle of fixing his glasses. He seemed more focused on his sunglasses than on what was going on around him. I turn to look at the group of teenagers again.

I see this huge buff looking guy walk towards them, it's security. He pulls the two guys that were "fighting" apart, pulls them to the side, and talks to both of them. I'm not sure what they're talking about, since i'm not close enough to hear, but it's probably something about how they shouldn't be fighting in the mall and if they see them doing that again they will be ask to leave the mall.

That's the annoying part of the mall, if you're hanging out with friends and you playfully push one to the side. Bam! You get kicked out for no reason, like what the hell. Some guy is probably in the middle of stealing merchandise, but noo, you kick out the people who are doing nothing but enjoying themselves.

I look towards the girls who are wearing a Pierce the Veil and All Time Low shirt. Which is ironic 'cause they seem like complete idiots when it came to bands or music. You know those people who swear they're huge fans yet they can't even tell you who or what Vic Fuentes or Alex Gaskarth do, or what band they belong to.

I burst out laughing at the sight of the girl with the All Time Low shirt bumping into the dirty blonde boy (the one that was fighting) and falling to the floor. I swear, everyone in my generation seems to be complete idiots, including me. We're just all fucked up.

"Hey!" I hear jeff calling out towards me.

"Ahaha. Y-yes, Jeff," I respond, still in the midst of laughing my ass off.

"What the hell are you laughing at?" Jeff says while peering into my face.

"Ah haha. Do-don't worry about it." I answer, holding my stomach in pain. "Hey, the elevator's finally here," I try changing the subject and pull Jeff into the elevator, leaving him both confuse and speechless. I press the button next to the elevator door and we head down to the 1st floor.
