Its been 2 weeks since Daphne attempted suicide.
John has been at her side the whole time.
"How are you feeling, honey?" He says lightly to a now concious Daphne.
"Im better." she says weakly.
Daphne had been moved from the ICU back to the regular care rooms, off a breathing tube, and now only recieving dilutes to help get the toxins out of her body.
" Do you want anything to eat? Drink? " John said.
"Actually a glass of milk would be nice."
"Anything for you, sweetie." john said as he got up to go to the hospital cafeteria to buy a milk.
Meanwhile, Bay and Emmett had caught up on school, and were in English class at Carlton.
"So, does the prepositional phrase go with the sentince form?" Bay asked Emmett.
"Yeah, i think when you write you use that to explain the sentince." He signed.
Bemmett (bay and emmett) was the dynamic duo. Emmett would help Bay with writing because he was so good at it, and Bay would always help Emmett with all the art projects.
After class, they headed to lunch, where they were joined by Natalie and Travis.
"So hows Daph?" Natalie asked.
"Shes actually doing really good!" Bay exclaimed, " Shes out of the ICU and off the breathing tube!"
"Thats relieving." Travis signed with a satisfied sigh.
"Well atleast we'll have that stress off our back." Emmett said, in which everyone agreed.
"When is she even coming back to school?" Natalie signed.
"Yeah shes gunna be really behind." Travis added.
"Well, Daphne will be back next week, but she's still really shooken up, and due to the overdose, she lost a weeks worth of her memory. She wont be completely herself until a month from now. She's still trying to figure out what hospital shes in."
"Wow. Poor Daph." Travis and Emmett both said.
"Yeah. Well i have to go home because i have to finish my artwork samples that i have to send in to Pratt." Bay signed.
"Ok well have fun!" Natalie said.
"Yeah you too!" Bay said, before packing up her stuff and leaving.
