Today is the day that I tell Danny about my daughter that my Foster Mom watches her while I was getting my life together. (Sorry about the confusion its foster mom not bio mom)

Of course I visit we her and all but it has been 3 months since the last time I've seen her.

"Danny, come here" I yelled for him.

"What's up bubs" Danny said with a smile.

"There's something that I haven't told you" I said looking down.

"Like what" Danny said staring at me confused.

"I have a daughter Danny" I said still looking down.

"Really, what's her name" Danny asked smiling.

"Dakota Siren." I said finally looking up.

"That's a beautiful name, did you come up with that?" Danny said smiling while moving closer to me.

"Yeah I did, well her fathers name was Dakota so I named her Dakota and I gave her the middle name Siren bc it means Beautiful." Once I got done talking Danny smiled and hugged me.

"When do I get to meet her." Danny asked.

"Okay will now work we would just have to drive down there." I asked curious.

"Sure let's go" Danny said smiling while grabbing his keys.

After that we left and head for Sulphur Springs since that is where I'm from.

*Time Skip"

Once we arrived at my moms house I knocked on the door and no one answered.

I did it a few more times and I heard a voice on the other end.

"Go away, you've already taken my granddaughter, what else are you gonna take." I heard my mom say. And then I remembered that she leaves a spare key under the mat at the front door.

"Mom, its me" I said walking in the house.

"Oh Y/N I'm so sorry, but they took her" my mom said crying.

"Who took her mom" I said getting scared.

"The police, they took her and put her in some foster home." She said again still crying.

"Great, now I have to go get her, are you coming mom" I said/asked as I walked out the door.

Once Danny, my mom and I were all in the car we drove to the police station.

As soon as we got there I quickly stepped out of the vehicle and walked into the police station.

"Where is he?" I yelled because I knew exactly who did this.

"Um he's in his office go ahead and go in" the man at the front desk said.

"Thanks" I said smiling while walking to his office.

Once I entered his office, I slammed the door shut.

As I slammed my hands down on his desk in his office.

"Give me back my daughter you bastard." I yelled because he should have even taken her in the first place.

"Mrs. Y/L/N, I'm gonna need you to calm down." He said calmly.

"You took my daughter and I want her back Johnson." I yelled in his face again.

"Well I'm sorry that's something I can't help you with, not my specialty." He said smiling.

"Listen here you little bitch, you will help me get my daughter back unless you want something to happen to yours" I yelled because I can easily get his daughter to be but in a foster home.

"You won't do anything" He said laughing.

As soon as he said that I grabbed his phone and smashed it.

"Oh look its broken" I said smiling.

"Fine I'll help you get your daughter back." He said as I started to smile.

"Now find that family she's in and give me the address and I'll go get her back, your gonna have to tag along so I can actually get her back" I yelled as I started walking out the door as he followed me.

Anyways, once we go to the house I got out and walked straight in and slammed my hands on the steel table they had at the front desk.

"Hi I'm here to pick up my daughter." I said nicely to the desk lady.

"What's her name" The lady asked.

"Dakota Siren" I said as I saw the lady call for my daughter.

Once she saw me she ran to me.

"Mommy" Dakota said as I picked her up.

"Kota, thank god your okay." I said kissing her forehead.

"Mommy I was so scared, can we go home now." Kota asked as I carried her out but the lady stopped me.

"Ma'am you cannot do that" The lady said.

"Yes I can I have a right to take me daughter back" I said holding Kota closer.

"If you had the right to your daughter then why was your mother watching her" the lady said/asked.

"Because I asked her to, I haven't done anything to get her taken from me" I started to yell.

"Do you have your daughters papers showing you have the right for you to have her." The lady asked.

"Actually yes I do, Danny do you mind getting them out of my bag." I asked Danny as he got them out and handed it to the lady.

After the lady read through them she finally saw that I do have the right to my daughter.

"I'm sorry for saying that, your all set have a nice rest of the day." The lady said moving out of the door way as we left the building.

That night my daughter stayed with me after we packed her things.
