Y/N's P.O.V

Danny and I haven't seen each other in a few months and all because I had go overseas for a project for school.

Its my final project of the year and then I finally graduate college.

The project is about the ocean and how things work I'll be gone for 2 months in order to get this project done and I will be working day and night on this project.

And if I get it done early they said I can come back early.

Right now it is night time and I'm having a hard time falling asleep probably because Danny isn't here, I've gotten so used to him being with me every night that I can't seem to sleep without him.

And right now while I'm overseas Danny is watching Kota for me because she is only 4 years old.

I don't talk much about her dad because he passed away a month after she was born.

She never got to fully meet him.

But her father didn't have any right to her even if he was still alive because he left me to care for her.

Although he did have a lot of medical problems and wasn't fit to take care of a child.

Anyways, I was in my room on the boat and I'm on facetime with Danny and Kota.

And I was wearing one of Danny's hoodies that he gave me and pretty soon I started getting sleepy.

So Danny decided it was time for Kota to go to bed and after he put her to bed we stayed on face time for the rest of the night even tho I started to fall asleep.

"I love you Danny" I said half asleep.

"I love you more bubs" Danny said, 5 minutes later I fell asleep.

Danny's P.O.V

I could stare at Y/N all day if I wanted to but that's a little creepy haha.

I ended up putting on my headset so that Kota wouldn't hear so she could sleep.

But as soon as Y/N fell asleep, I knew she wouldn't hear what I'm about to say.

"You asleep yet baby" I said to make sure she was asleep.

And than a few minutes later I was about to get off when I decided to tell her even tho she is asleep.

"I never want to lose you, I love you so much, you make me feel like the luckiest man in the world, goodnight and sleep well." I said before I heard Y/N's voice.

"I heard that and I feel the same way" Y/N said giggling a little.

"Really" I said smiling as her smile grew bigger.

"Yeah, Alrighty love I've got to go I'll be home soon I love you bye" Y/N said smiling.

"I love you more goodnight bye." I said blowing her a kiss as I was closing my laptop.

And that night I was so happy that she felt that same way, even tho I already kind of knew.

*Time Skip*

Y/N's P.O.V

I ended up finishing the project early so I decided to surprise Danny and Kota because I'm coming back without telling them.

I can't wait to see them, and plus I have to finish planning Kota's birthday party.

Anyways, once I got home it was very late so I had to be quiet so I didn't wake them up.

But I guess they were still awake because I heard their voices from Kota's playroom.

"Knock knock" I said knocking on the playroom door.

As they looked at me I saw Kota get up.

"MOMMY" Kota yelled running into my arms.

I picked her up and spun her around in my arms as Danny got up from the ground.

"I missed you mommy" Kota said hugging me harder.

"I'm guessing you finished the project early" Danny said kissing me on the lips.

"Ew" Kota said making Danny and I laugh.

That night we all slept in the playroom/bedroom that Kota sleeps in.

Kota slept with us in our blowup bed that night.
