Late night talks

It was three pm by the time the stream ended and neither person wanted to leave or stop talking to the other. There was only so much comfortable silence Rosie could sit in before she couldn't not move. Luckily due to her loud and talkative personality she ended up asking questions after questions.

"so is corpse your real name because that seems cool and all but no ofence sounds like a name you'd be bullied for in kinda garden. Imagine introducing your baby for the first time and they say corpse" She spoke fast and ended up with another grape in her mouth.

Corpse laughed lowly in response but tried to stifle the laugh while trying to respond properly. "No it's definitely not my name. Just something I came up with"

"well that was disappointing i was hoping it was, would it be too invasive to ask what your name is?" Rosie whispered kind of knowing that he would say no but still hoping. She could here him shuffling around on the other side of the call. "Actually don't worry it doesn't matter. That probably made you uncomfortable."

"It's fine don't worry about it, my names Alex by the way, you can call me either one if you want but only corpse on stream please" She giggled to herself after finding out his name. She made her happy dance, making the chair swing side to side, knowing she's probably one of a few that knew his name now.

"you alright over there rosie?" He was amused watching her on the discord camera she forgot she had on.

"yep just vibing" she smiled at the camera only now realizing he could see her.

"So has your teddy got a name?" He asked softly, keeping his voice at a whisper. This was mainly because he wanted to seem calm for her but it was also because of the stream, it had taken alot of energy out of him and his hands as he had to constantly move them around. She gasped as she heard him mention her her stuffy.

"Oh my gosh, You really want to know?"

"Of course I do, I wouldn't ask otherwise would I?" Rosie hummed to herself leaning forward to her new rabbit and showing them to the camera.

"This is tom, he's new to my family of stuffies" Corpse mentally awed at the cuteness overload.

"family? how many do you have?"

"Honestly I've got no idea, a lot" She looked around her room, most of them were on her bed but she had built a hammock above it with the rest. Her two favorites sat in front of her monitor. One was given to her by jack which was a small frog and her new bunny which was her first since she moved into her own house.

"Well tom is very cute, maybe I can meet all the family of stuffies one day" He kind of mumbled to himself, Rosie wasn't sure if she was meant to hear because of how quiet he had spoken.

They stayed in some silence for a while after, rose sitting there playing and mumbling to tom the rabbit and corpse watching the interaction. He's never seen something so adorable.

Rosie spoke breaking the comfortable silence. "How come you aren't showing your face?" She didn't really think before speaking when she was little. It would normally depend on her age but talking to corpse about her stuffies made her regress even more.

"Oh um, well you see. I'm faceless so i don't show my face" He didn't really want to go through all the reasons he was faceless so he just told her that's how it's always been.

"sometimes I wounder what it's like to be faceless. kinda mysterious" she thought out loud.

"It's scary to be honest"

"You're scared? When i'm scared i talk to jack or freddie my frog. You can talk to me when your scared if you want or buy a teddy they're always there for you too" She finished her sentence with a yawn carried on by her rubbing her eyes with her sweater paws.

"Thank you Rosie, I'll think about it, and you should get to bed you seem sleepy"

"Bu' 'm not tired awex I just need to close my eyes for a minute" She tired to convince corpse and herself but her body devised her and yawned again"

"I'll talk to you tomorrow, have a good night sleep Rosie, goodnight" He let her say her goodnights before leaving the call.

She rolled off her chair and into her bathroom to brush her teeth. And before long she was again in her comfy bed drifting off to sleep.

i acctually asked my friend alex for the name tom, But i still haven't told him i'm a little yet...
