They survived the very long flight, luckily it's a night flight so they just spent their time sleeping. Once they arrived, they all checked into the hotel straight away since it's 3am in the morning. Nor Lando or April bother to talk because they're just tired and sleepy, sleep is the main goal for them at the moment. "My brain and my body don't cooperate well right now." Mumbled April.

"Rise and shine, you muppet." Lando greeting April who just comes out of her room looking emotionless. "Muppet me when we get breakfast, let's go." She gently dragged his arm as she led their way to the hotel's restaurant for their breakfast. "I don't understand it, how are you always hungry?" Complaints Lando.

After filling their tummy with food automatically the moods brighten up. "Good morning, Lando. April. Oh- before I forgot. Here, your pass." Charlotte giving April her pass for the weekend, she'll be needing that to get in and out the track. Charlotte is McLaren's Communication Manager who's in charge of the drivers media schedule during race weekend. "So, you'll go to the track later for a track walk and then a short meeting with the engineers. Zoom call with fans at 11. Press conference is at 12.30 and we're gonna shoot a video with Daniel for Youtube and yeah, that's pretty much it." Charlotte explains the schedule for the day, pretty packed of course but it's their work. Right before they left, Daniel Ricciardo arrived for his breakfast and he stopped by at their table to greet them as he saw Lando. Lando introduced April to Daniel which made her all giddy. "Daniel is such a fun guy! like- I know he's a fun guy but meeting him like that just proves it more." Said April in the car heading to the track.

They've arrived at the track and Lando with his engineers are going for a walk. "Do you want to come?" Asked Lando. "No, I'm going to meet my brother, I'll text you if anything."

"Alright, take care."

April headed straight to Haas motorhome having no idea if Aaron is there or not, due to the fact that she wants to surprise him. April decided to give one of his brother's friend slash co-worker, Billy a call and plans it with him real quick. "Boooo!" She jumped out of her hiding space in between the motorhomes' way when she got the cue from Billy. "APRIL!" They both went in for a hug, it's been a while they met since both are very busy with their careers. "I knew it! You're coming to the race, I got the feeling." Said Aaron. "You came here with Lando?" He added. "Yes, it's kind of a last minute plan. But here I am!" April followed Aaron for a while before he had to leave for his job which leaves April alone again.

"I shouldn't have come here alone." She complains to herself while heading back to McLaren's paddock until she accidentally bumped into someone as she's busy checking on her phone. "Oh No! My bad! I'm really sorry." April apologizes real quick knowing that it is entirely her fault until she looks up at the tall man. "Wait-" Said the latter. "April? Lando's friends?" It's George Russell! "George Russell! Yes, it's me. Wow, I'm amazed you actually remember me and recognize me behind this mask." Said April. "Yeah, those eyes. Who wouldn't remember those eyes." Which made April cheeks heated up underneath the mask. "Why are you all alone?" Asked George. "I came here with Lando but I went to see my brother." George offers to accompany April while waiting for Lando since he got some free time while waiting for the next schedule.

📣 : RACE DAY !!

Lando is feeling a bit off when he shouldn't be feeling that way at all, especially on a race day. He keeps on walking back to back trying to calm himself down until "Knock knock" April knocks on the door while imitating the sound of it before someone opens the door from inside, it's Lando. "Where were you?" Asked Lando, sounding a bit in between mad and worried. "I... was seeing my brother.. And Mick... and George... Oh- I met Alex too." Lando takes a deep breath, feeling a bit better once he sees April. "Don't wander off too far." He said which makes April confused as hell. He was totally fine with her wandering off yesterday but not today. 'Maybe he's worried about the race.' April made up her own assumptions of Lando's attitude today which one rarely seen anywhere other than on a race day.

Everything went really well that day, they had a safe race. Lando on P10 and Daniel on P11. The drivers are busy doing media after the race just like how it has always been, April waited at McLaren's lounge area, there's no where she can be at the moment because everyone will be busy. She wanted to meet Aaron but he'll be busy with the team debrief, packing and stuff.
