Later that night,

Lando just got back from the meeting with his management and he decided to stop by the factory to check in with all of the mechanics about their progress, he stopped by April's place as he promised even though he's not happy with the news that he's about to break to April about their relationship. Lando had a small argument with his team after discussing about any possible solutions, because whatever the outcome is he just wanted the best for each of them.

"Babe? I didn't hear you coming in." Said April who are surprised to see Lando in her office, usually she would hear him as he will be calling for her as soon as he opened the door.

Lando walk over toward April and pulled her into a tight and long hug. "Why? What happened? Are you okay? You're making me worried. How did the discussion go?".

Lando : You do know that I love you, right?
April : Yes, love.
Lando : You do know that you're the only one for me, right?
April : Yes love, I know that. Just tell me what did they said first, would you?
Lando : They want us to take a break.
April : Oh, okay. Let's do that, then. I've been thinking the same thing. We need to stay low for a while.
Lando : NO! LIKE A BREAK-BREAK. LIKE WE'RE NOT ABLE TO SEE EACH OTHER FOR A WHILE.
Aprl : Wait- what?? W- why?
Lando : They said it's bad for my branding. Since I'm just starting to build a brand right now. This kind of news is not something they need at the moment.
April : ....
Lando : We had a fight about it but I can't think of any other ways. Plus, this is also for our safety. Your safety mostly.
April : For how long?
Lando : I'm not sure either. BUT please, you're the only one I want, April. I will only wait for you and I hope you will to.

April stares deeply into Lando's eyes, she could feel his love, warmth, sincerity from the stares. "I will wait for you too, Lando Norris." They spend the rest of the night together, not letting each other go since that night will be last night for them to spend as a couple before the 'break'.
