"Why the Universal Writing Community?"

Well, as unoriginal the name may seem, we chose it not because of our love for outer space, but because we hope to reach our community out all around the world, with contests for all cultures and languages. It may not seem like it now, but soon our reach will be seen.

"What's the Holiday Awards?"

With the holidays (Christmas, Kwanza, Haunikaa, etc.) coming up we thought it would be a fun idea to have a Holiday themed contest, where everyone can share their ideas on the season. We also saw it as an opportunity to showcase our improvements from our last Awards, "The Universal Awards."

"What's special about our community?"

We like to believe that our judging process, our creative gurus, and our set ups set us apart from everyone else. However, the biggest thing that would set us apart is that, starting with The Holiday Awards, we will be accepting foreign entries as well.
