Plane-Ride Pranks

Zayn's POV

"You ready to get started?" Louis whispers into my ear as the plane evened out into a smooth rythem and the seat belt sign went off. I nod and stand up to open the overhead locker. Everyone was almost asleep because of how early the flight is.

I grab out the prank bag and put it on my tray. It contained all of the things we might want to use. A Nerf gun, lots of bullets, and some other electric pranking goodies we nicked from Emma's room. She must've spent a fortune getting all of this!

"Time to decide who to prank first" Louis says mischievously. Emma was zoned out on her IPod so she was easy target unless she is really paranoid. "Not Emma. I want to get her last" Louis says reading my mind. Niall was unconscious and he would be an easy target but he was on the window seat..."I want to start off easy. Liam" Louis whispers and I nod in agreement. He was in an isle seat and was sleeping like a baby.

I get out a headphone set and slowly and replace the ones that was currently on Liam's ears. Louis grabs the connecting microphone and we run into the toilet. I pull out my phone from my pocket in my jacket and turn it back on. Louis had that mischievous grin that he always wore when he was in prank mode. He was almost shaking with excitement. My phone turns on and I quickly type in my super unguessable password. "I bet you that your password is 'I love Perrie forever and ever' no spaces" Louis says. I don't look up, I go into settings and change the password. "No it's not" I say and then load the app that we wanted. It loads and we put the microphone next to the speaker of my phone. I press 'play' and a warning siren starts playing into the microphone. I then grab the microphone and say

"Ladies and gentlemen please keep calm! There is a slight problem with the engine! Wait..... nope there is a fire, please forget about luggage and grab your parachutes, SAVE YOURSELVES!!" I say my script that Louis and I carefully wrote before we left. I hear a girlie scream outside and we chuckle realising it was Liam. "He needs to work on his scream!" I laugh and we sneak back to our seats which were at the back of the first class seats.

Liam was in panic mode. Running up and down the isles flapping his arms and I swear I could hear screams. Emma springs up and shouts "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" Thank you Emma for you contribution to the prank. This set him off worse, screaming and banging on chairs. I run to go calm him down but a flight attendant gets there first. "Sir! Please calm down! What is wrong?" I grab Liam's arms and drag him to his seat. "I'm very sorry, but planes scare him" I lie and sit him down. "Didn't you all hear the announcement?!" Liam panics trying to grab his parachute. Louis starts bursting into laughter obviously not being able to hold it in any longer and that makes me start laughing. "I'm sorry! But you are obviously hearing things!" I chuckle saving our asses.

 "NO! It definitely happened!" Liam defends his sanity and everyone watching was giggling. Harry was still asleep through all of this. "What was the 'announcer saying?" Emma says using quotation marks. "That there was a fire in the engine and we had to grab our parachutes and get out!!" Liam says wildly making everyone questioning his sanity. Emma looks at Louis in suspicion but Louis for once acting well tricked her into trusting him.

Louis' POV

 After everyone settles down after the Liam incident, Zayn and I group together to pick our next victim. "Niall" Zayn says determined. I nod and Zayn pulls out the Nerf guns. "I want this one on my own." He says and I sit down and watch him work. He carefully sits in the seat next to the sleeping Harry and places his first Nerf gun in between him and the side of the seat, but made sure that I slightly showed at the end. He then put on his headphones and aim the second Nerf gun at Niall. He shot it and quickly put the gun under the seat and pretended to be asleep.

I quietly chuckle and watch Niall shoot up wide awake. He clearly didn't realise what had happened. He cautiously closes his eyes and tries to drift off to sleep. I kick Zayn's chair and he repositions and fires at his head. He does the same thing and Niall now knew that he had been shot. He looks carefully at everyone and sees the Nerf gun beside Harry. He gets up angrily and rips the gun away from Harry and shoots his repeatedly. Harry wakes up with a start and Niall smiles evilly. "Sucks doesn't it!! Stop doing it to me then!!" He throws the gun that was now empty into Harry's lap and storms off to get food from the flight attendants.

Phase two complete.

Now it was time to get to the dangerous stuff. Harry and Emma were already suspicious from the earlier pranks so we need to be careful. I sneak over to Zayn and say "I think we should leave Emma to last. Harry isn't as paranoid and experienced with pranks." Zayn nods and we get into action. I get out the fake tan and Zayn gets the blanket.

Zayn lays the blanket on Harry's lap sideways, so his legs are still showing and I shake the can of fake tan. Zayn smirks and I whisper "Name a pattern" "Checkers" He automatically says. I nod and start spraying "Nice choice my friend" I reply whilst spraying on the pattern. I finish with his right leg and start on his leg. The tan was working a treat! His legs were orange but white in square blotches. I finish the tanning session and remove the blanket, we sit back down and shake his chair lightly as if there was turbulence. He looks around and apparently sees his legs because he screams "WHAT THE CATS RIGHT BALL SACK!?!?!" I jump and run to his side with fake concern, "What is it Har- woah!" I say looking at his legs. The others come over and Niall roars with laughter at the sight of them. Harry glares at him and says "first you hit me with a Nerf gun for no reason and then you spray me with tan in a checkered pattern!!" He shouts and Niall raises his hands in defence. "I didn't do that mate I wouldn't know how to!"

Harry screams in frustration and runs into the bathroom probably to try and wash the tan off. Emma was looking at me with major suspicion now and mouths 'I'm watching you!" I give her a questioning look and she shakes her head.

Emma's POV

I knew it was Louis and Zayn, I could see the tan on their hands. I would need to watch my back now, because I was the only one they haven't pranked yet. I go and sit by Niall and invite Liam to sit behind me so we could talk about Australia but really it was to hide spots they could use to get me. "I want to hug a koala again!!" Liam says enthusiastically and I reply with a "I haven't even done that yet and I'm Aussie" He laughs and says "Watch out they might pee on you! Ask Harry about that one!" I giggle and speaking of the devil he comes out of the bathroom with tan streaks coming away from the checkered lines which only made it worse.

"I'll help you" I say and get up, time to out the prankers. I walk over to Louis and hold my hand out. "Give me the tan spray kit." He looks at me in surprise and I turn his hands over showing off the tan. "Don't make me ask again" I threaten and he pulls it out of a duffel bag. "Thank you" I say sweetly. I pull Harry into the bathroom. "Take your pants off but leave your boxers on" I order and he does what I told him. LOL The colour difference was amazing.

I spray the tan on and notice that he was going to look so silly with tan legs and pale arms. "Take your top off" I tell him and he does with his eyebrows raised. "Don't flatter yourself" I mumble and he chuckles. "Arms out wide" I say and he does and I tan the rest of his body including his face. It was really even and it looked really good to be honest. "Done" I announce and walked out of the bathroom. I hand Zayn the tan can and say "You can put it back in your bag" I say making sure he knew that I knew that he was in on the plan. He looks at me in shock and I wink.

Niall's POV

I listen to Justin Bieber after Emma leaves and Liam pats me on the shoulder. "Are you and Emma going out for real?" He asks me. I look at him in shock and he had the 'You're-totally-busted' look on his face. I nod and say "Don't tell anyone" He nods and I lay back listening to 'Boyfriend'.

Emma sits next to me after I listen to the Believe album, I look over at Harry and he was now completely tan. You couldn't see any stripes at all. "You did a good job on the tan" I say and she does a mini bow in her seat. "Why thank you kind sir" She says and leans in and rests her head in my chest.

A little 'dum dum dum dum!' went over the speaker and the captain's voice says "Ladies and gentlemen this is your captain speaking. We are approximately 3 hours away from Queensland Australia, thank you" I sigh in relief. I was getting a little cramped on this tiny thing. "Okay tell me everyone else heard that announcement this time" Liam says and everyone laughs at Liam and Louis replies "Yes mate we did"
