Getting Settled

Emma's POV

I NEED OUT OF THIS STUPID PLANE! I have been restless for about half an hour and we have about fifteen minutes left but I need out now! I honestly cannot take this small cramped plane any longer! I think I'm having a claustrophobic attack or something, but I CANNOT TAKE IT!

"Emma, babe, are you okay?" Niall asks worried. I shake my head furiously and start chewing on my hair. I never usually do this but deperate times calls for desperate measures. "What's wrong?" he asks standing up and I stand up too. "NO SPACE!!! TOO CRAMPED!!" I shout and everyone looks at me like I'm nuts. Niall takes my hand and draws circles on my palm. It sort of calms me down but I still felt really restricted. "Are you claustrophobic love?" he asks and I shrug. "I've never had this happen before" I whisper relaxed. We sit on the floor on the plane and I rest my head on Niall's shoulder.

"GET A ROOM!!" Louis screams and I flinch and grab my pillow and piffed it at his face. Niall gave him the finger and Harry smirked and said "I think that we really do have a new couple" I turned away from him and Niall mutters "Thanks captain obvious" apparently Harry heard him because he replied "No problem Leutinet Sarcasm" as he sat back down in his seat. "Ladies and gentlemen please sit back in your seat as we are about to land in Queensland Australia" A voice announced over the loud speaker.

I sprinted to my allocated seat and buckled in as if that would make the plane land quicker. Everyone laughs at my eagerness and they all buckle in themselves. I start to feel the plane dip down and my ears start to pop. I grab some gum and pop it into my mouth and start chewing furiously stopping the ear problem. Then there was a massive bump and the plane lands on the runway at Brisbane airport.

I was wiggling impatiently for the buckle sign to go off and when it did I don't think Usain Bolt could have beaten me. I was waiting for the door to open and when the flight attendant opens it and connects it to the building I was sprinting off it. I kissed the floor lovingly and mutter "I missed you so much beautiful land!!" Louis walks out second and sees me butt in the air kissing the floor. "NIALL!! YOU'RE DATING A NUT!! YOU'VE BEEN REPLACED BY THE FLOOR!!" I giggle and stand up and Niall walks out pouting. "No one could replace you my love!!" I cry dramatically. Niall catches on and we do that slow motion running to each other that they do in those romantic movies, and when I reached him I jumped on him wrapping my legs around his waist and kissed him passionately.

"EWWW OVERDRAMATIC PDA!!" Louis screeches and I giggle and Paul walks out of the plane and I jump off Niall quickly. "I don't even want to know" Paul says walking past towards the exit. Hand in hand Niall and I follow Paul to the exit and I could faintly hear screams. "They all missed me!" I sigh happily and Niall looks at my funny "I know who they're really here for you, but I can dream" I say and he chuckles.

Niall's POV

Wow the fans were sure excited to see us. We enter the terminal and see girls everywhere holding signs and screaming out our names. I grin and look down at Emma. She motions for me to say hi to some of them, I nod and walk to a little girl on her mum's shoulders so she could get a good view of us walking. "Hello love how are you?" I ask her standing a little further awar from the barrier than normal because some of the fans were trying to pull me to them. The little girl giggles and replies "Good, welcome to Australia!" I smile and her and say "Thank you love!" I help her over the barrier and we take a photo with the help of her mum.

I say hi to a few of the other fans and see Harry talking to one of the girls. "Is it true you're dating Taylor Swift?" She asks and Harry went pale. LOL that was a new rumour. "No I'm not" He replies shocked and she nods a little disappointed.I walk over to Emma and take her hand again. "ready to head to the van?" Her eyes widen and she says "It was flown over too?" I nod and her cute grin was on her face showing off her little dimple on her left cheek.

We all pile in and see the hotel was only about five minutes away! Sweet! I need a sleep that I won't wake up because someone shot a Nerf bullet at me. We arrive and again fans were at the hotel waiting. Too tired to say hello we all go in and book in to our room. Emma and I were sharing a room with a king double bed. "Don't do anything too naughty" Louis winks receiving a glare from Paul and Emma. I hit him lightly on the top of the head and walk off with Emma to our room. "BE SAFE!" He calls and I slam our door shut.

Too tired to unpack Emma and I crawl into the bed and I pull her into my chest and we fall asleep on top of the covers.

Miss Lattles POV (The lady at the orphanage)

Get a job at the orphanage they said. It would be easy they said! It is for a good cause they said!! I have two weirdos telling me to look through my deleted files for some brat named Emma! "Please!! We need our daughter back!" The lady begs. "We couldn't afford to keep her at the beginning! We can now and we want our family reunited!" The man pleads. Golly give me some time!!

I look and see the name Emma Firth, now named Emma Higgins, 16 in two days and adopted by Paul and Clodagh Higgins. I remember her! She pranked the place! I remember her clogging the toilet for a week!

"What is your last name just for confirmation and I'll need ID showing proof" I say going through the stupid procedure. "Firth and here" The dad says and pulls out his ID card and showing me. It seemed legit. "Well your daughter Emma is now named Emma Higgins and is adopted by Paul Higgins, well known as One Direction's security guard. I believe they are now in Australia touring. I'm sorry I can't help you, they need to be in the country" I lie. I just wanted to go to bloody sleep! What business do they have coming here in the middle of the night! "Do you know when the tour will be over?" The mother asks. "I'm sorry I don't" I tell the truth for once. "Okay thank you very very much and I'll contact you soon" The dad says and they walk out.

To be honest I heard that the mother and father were drunks.

Maybe I could help them.

For payback to the little shit who ruined my life for 15 years.
