Marinette, hand in hand with Chloe ran towards her private jet. You might be wondering how she arrived at this state. Let me recap!
Seven years ago, Marinette Dupain-Cheng had the best life ever. She had lots of friends, loving parents and she was a superhero with an awesome partner but that all changed rapidly when a certain lying came to town. Lila Rossi. She seemed like a perfect person but under all that goodness she was the daughter of the devil himself. Since Marinette meet her she despised her greatly. Marinette was determined to expose the liar and tried but Lila was a professional and quickly fixed it with some of the ol' crocodile tears. Some time after Lila threatened Marinette but she didn't believe her and said she was against her. And that was the mistake she made.
First Lila took away her popularity next most of her friends and then she did the unthinkable. She turned her parents against her. Marinette was heartbroken. She started getting depressed and even changed her whole look. Marinette was like this for weeks she lived in a small apartment and lived alone that was until she and Chloe became friends. Chloe invited Marinette to live at her house. Chloe's mother changed her attitude and spent more time with her and this is what pushed her to become a better person. Chloe changed Marinette back to the happy and enthusiastic girl. She also pushed her to pursue her dreams and become a fashion designer and so she did. She was now MDC. When Marinette was 17 she and Cat Noir defeated Hawkmoth. Chat was devastated to find out that it was his father. They shared identities and Chat had to move to America with his aunt. Mari and Adrien dated for 6 months but sadly it didn't work out so they broke up, they just weren't meant to be together like they thought. They still remained friends tho. Marinette continued to train both using the miraculous and not using it. She also learned multiple new languages, after Chole proved herself she was given her miraculous back.
