Deeper in the Hinterlands, everything was like Jack Skellington's usual outfit.

The place was black with white-thin-stripes. No autumn leaves on every tree. Horror-looking in the dreaded forest. Within the nightmarish woods, there is a green and beige bigger than a house. The howling phantoms of Victorian appeared in blue-ish glow. They were just partying around the 17th or 18th century old manor.

Inside of the mansion, there was a kooky couple. The woman dressed in black that matches her hair, long and beautiful. The man wore a dark blue with white-striped-tuxedo. His black short hair darkens his circles around the eyes. His mustache colored-matched his black shoes.

Then, a woman's head with luxurious curls recites in the crystal ball (Yes, she's inside of the crystal ball. Not kidding).

"Serpents and spiders,
Tail of a rat.
Call in the spirits.
Wherever they're at!"

The ghost heard her summon. The replied back by wailing. The woman in black was cheery in her strange way. "Gomez, Madame Leota has been seancing the moaning ghouls." He see it in bizarre thrill. "Indeed she has, Morticia. The talking crystal ball was made to connect with the dead."

Madame Leota questions the creepy couple. "Mr. and Mrs. Addams, another request for the foretelling?" Gomez raised his two fingers, getting the thought out of his bubble. "Yes, Leota...Do you know where Cousin Itt is?" Morticia cannot wait to hear where he is. Madame Leota intones the different seance.

"The one who walks,
small with gibberish talks.
If he's up in the chimney, who's in creeping.
Play the violin if Cousin Itt is sleeping."

The instrument of three strings, and a stick performs a mysterious verse. Smaller than a guitar. It plays itself the part of 'Grim Grinning Ghosts.' Morticia was blessed. Gomez was pleased. She speaks what made him go crazy. "Magnifique!"

He had his eyes bugged out. "Tish! That french!" Gomez snatched her left arm. He kisses it three times maddeningly while his eyes shut. Morticia was a darling to him. "Say another french." Gomez whispers. Kiss her again. "Mon cher." And again. "Bubeleh." And again. "Mon amour." And again. "Querido." And again. "Oh la-la." And again. "Anything." And again. He just kept kissing her wildly. She do not mind.

Madame Leota pardoned them. "Care for another or you're going to continue kissing like a lover?" True from a gypsy in the crystal ball, Gomez is a lover. Morticia understood her. She patted her husband's face gently. "Now darling, darling." He paused, opening his eyes quick. Gomez looked blankly. Morticia told him as her commanding. "Requesting fortunes now. Bubeleh later." She smiles at him. He smiled back. "Oh right." Gomez understands clearly. He brought out a white writing material. Gomez puts an X on her left black dress-sleeve. Morticia asks, "What's that for?" Gomez answered, "So I won't miss where I left off." He lets her left arm go. Gomez tries to pull himself together.

Morticia queries Madame Leota. "Dear gypsy, are we expecting any welcomed visitors who isn't around here?" They both witnessed her readings. Madame Leota closed her sight, disappearing from her mist in the crystal ball. Something became stranger. What appears inside it is another creepy couple like themselves, although different. The Addams couple wondered. Madame Leota spoke in rhyme.

"Here beyond the Hinterlands.
The two visitors we meet are scary.
Their ghost canine lights the way in the woods.
Neither of them carries wands.
Nor are they ever been in a bury.
Strangers they are, never wore their hoods.
Appearance of both were actually friendly.
One in rags with face of blue.
The other tall and walks like living bones.
That is their true nature and thing.
The walking ragdoll feels were gently.
The two who celebrates Halloween are simply meant to be.
One year of that love was known.
The gentleman of a skeleton you all be greeted with is the pumpkin king."

Morticia became hysterically beamed. "Oh, Gomez! The red-headed blue doll in rags with stitches! It looks that her body was dismembered! The ghoulish dog with a shining pumpkin nose!" He agrees with her. She got carried away. Gomez had the same feeling. "By George! A skeleton who is really alive! And the Pumpkin King! Just like she said!" The gypsy in the crystal ball came back.

Morticia told her, " Thank you, Madame Leota! Gomez and I will be off to the library." The gypsy replied, "With pleasure." He thanked for the two spooky lovers. Mr. and Mrs. Addams left the seance room.

They both went forward in the long hall. As they walked along, Gomez had a questioning moment. "Tish." She heard him well. "Yes, darling." He inquiries her, "The gentleman out of the bones celebrates Halloween with his ragdoll. And the skeleton man calls himself the pumpkin king. Does that mean the living male bones is a ruler of his entire pumpkin patch?" Morticia takes her seconds to think. Ultimately, she nodded to him. "Certainly, darling." Morticia added, remarking, "His phantom pet had a jack-o-lantern on its nose. And they seemed to be excellent in pumpkin carving." Gomez wonders again. "How's that, Cara Mia?" She replies to him. "They're like us, darling." Morticia caresses his face. "We took a stay as our honeymoon in a haunted home. That is nice and gloomy." He was moved. She was glad that Gomez understands. He talked. "It is the best 13th honeymoon we have ever took. You are so right, my dark mistress." Morticia got fervent. "My devil, you." They kissed with their eyes shut. There's love in the darkest night.

Surprised, are you? I knew you would be. Rhyming is not easy. There will be more of Jack and Sally and Gomez and Morticia soon. If you saw the original The Addams Family series, this is my favorite. Zero and Cousin Itt will be somewhere eventually.
