Kimi knocked on the door of the apartment building. Hafu could sense her nervous energy, but had no clue as to why she was so nervous

Kimi hadn't seen Janet since the night the girl had run off crying. Kimi had been trying to figure out a way to ask Janet out, so she was talking to Janet. But she didn't mention the name of who she liked, and Janet had run off in tears. The girls hadn't talked sense.

Janet opened the door and looked surprised at who was at the door. She forced a smile on her face.

"H-hey guys," she murmured softly. Her brown hair was in braids and she had clearly gotten new Caramel colored highlights.

"Janet!" Kimi cried, hugging the girl. Janet hugged back, having missed Plushys. Then she hugged Hafu.

"Good to see you. Mind if we come in? We have a few things to discuss," Hafu said. Janet glanced between them, lost and confused before stepping to the side and letting her old teammates come in.

"What's happening?" Janet asked, looking at the two girls. Hafu and Kimi glanced between each other before Hafu explained what Toast had told her. Janet just kinda stared in pure shock.

"Will you help us?" Kimi asked. Janet stared at the girl who's heart she yearned for.

"I don't know. I like being a doctor. I like helping people," Janet said, and she did. She really did, leaving for the Skeld, for a mission could take away everything that she had ever wanted. Everything that she had worked for

"Janet. There isn't gonna be an earth to help when Sugar Pine 7 gets away with any of this," Hafu said, hoping to convince her medic to come back. Hafu looked so stressed already.

"Hafu, I gave up that life. You get that dont you?" Janet asked softly. Hafu sighed and looked just about ready to give up. She didn't have the energy to argue with her friend for once. Janet was surprised that Hafu seemed so ready to give up, maybe it was the fact that she had never seen her old commander so tired, so worn down

"Janet please," Kimi asked. Janet looked at the girl she once loved. Her mind wasn't too sure this was a good idea. Kimi placed a hand on Janet's shoulder, a pleading look on her face. Janet always found it so hard to say no to Kimi, and now was not an exception.

"I guess so. But, I don't want to fight,"Janet said softly. She leaned slightly into Kimis touch, happy to be close once again to the girl. Kimi squeezed her shoulder happily, knowing that Janet was gonna be her partner once again

"Of course. I understand that," Hafu said. She didn't blame any of them who didn't want to go. She didn't want to go herself.

"Thanks Hafu," Janet murmured

"Let's go get Koji. I'm sure he's gonna be helpful for this," Hafu said. She walked out and left Kimi and Janet to follow her.
