you've always hated him, though he always seems to get on your flustered side so much and he doesn't even notices it.

you sighed loudly, the class were discussing about your previous exam, probably your worst enemy.

maths.

"ugh, why do i always figure things out the second time, the first time i tried it looks like a second grader tried to do it" you mumbled looking repeatedly from your test paper to the whiteboard. hands were on your head as you cursed, catching the boy next to you his attention.

"y/n?" you stopped your mental whining and looked at your so called enemy.

"if you want to brag about how you ace your test save it for later, i will simply hit you in the head if you do" you said looking back at the whiteboard, trying to avoid his eyes. he looked taken back but regain his composure. "no, i want to see your paper"

you raised an eyebrow, but gave him the paper anyways. not that it matter much to you. "do you want to see where i get wrong or what" you rolled your eyes at him, annoyed. guessing what remarks he's going to come up this time. "hmm..." he hummed, looking at your paper carefully, trying to figure out why you did the wrong equation.

"did you get that question wrong?" giving a side eye at him, he immediately stood up with your paper and went to the teacher. you were shocked and quickly stood up only to hear your teacher scolded you for not referring to her yourself. the whole class giving out "oohs" and "wooahs" at jet

you gave a deadpanned look at jet and slowly sat back in your seat. when he came back you snatched the paper back.

"what was that about?!" you glared at him and he just smiled, you couldn't figure out if its one of his famous ugly smug or a genuine smile.

you ignored him for the whole day

next day

its maths again, your friends were bugging you about what jet did yesterday but you being you, denying it. even though your stomach felt warm when he did that.

the teacher is already moving to a new chapter, suprisingly you figured it out and quickly understand and grasped to the concept, you were pretty much active in this lesson. the teacher gave the class some questions to answer while rounding the class.

jet came up to your desk "can you help me with this?" he rest his body forward, both of his hands on your table for support. you blushed at how close he is. "back off a bit will ya? anyways its like this" you showed him how'd you get the answer and which formula to use, he nodded his head and went back to his seat.

you were at your last question but its one of those you hate most, where it twist the words making you confused of how you would do it.

raising your hand, the teacher came at your place and asks what's the matter, "i don't quite understand this, which formula should i use?" you looked up at her, and she immediately turned away "why don't you ask jet? he's good at maths just like you and since he likes to help you so much!" your teacher looked back at you and smirked.

the whole class went wild, you blushed and only looked at your desk, trying to look at jet, you saw him standing right beside your desk, you were startled by him and looked at him in the eyes for a moment.

"ha, so? what was your question?" he smirked and leaned in. is this even allowed to do at school??

"ugh!" you hid your face in your textbook

he smiled at the sight and laughed on how cute you were. "stop being so cute" jet's eyes soften as you peek and look at him back.

"hey hey! lets discuss!" the teacher cut the scene, the class were whining and bummed because they thought they'd see something

jet quickly scribble on your book using a pencil, and quickly sat back in his seat. you being curious, looked at what he wrote

"even the teacher ships us ;)" you mentally screamed and glared at him.

you calmed down but blush is still visible on your cheeks, 'that dumbass'

[A/N: LOL i think jet is a bet OOC but whatever, this was based on a real experience i had back in school 😭 hope yall like it❤️ i was sick for two days (pfizer second dose sucks but anything that's good for ya yk😮‍💨😮‍💨) so sorry for not updating on time :( i'll try to be active as i can until i go back to school👌🏻 again leave ur thoughts and how i can improve! also suggestions for the next character!! and yall stay safe<3]
