Herrscher Definition of Honkai Impact 3rd:

A Herrscher is an envoy, or rather apostle of, who inhabit human vessels that are capable of adapting to it, manifesting out of the host's negative emotions. They are powered via a Herrscher Core, which is essential to their entire existence. If the Core is not neutralized when the body is destroyed, the Herrscher can take over another person as a vessel, provided that vessel has the Core implanted. As their title suggests, they effortlessly transcend human capabilities, are capable of bending worldly laws to their whim to overwhelm and destroy human civilization. 

Eclipse POV

After running in the Emerald Forest after what I've seen in Beacon, I kneeled down completely out of breath. I don't know how far I run but it doesn't matter...

"The voices were right! They betrayed me!"

???: "We told you! These humans are worthless!"

???: "Destroy them! Crush them!"

???: "Use our power and we destroy them! And he shall be the first!"

I looked around and saw an image of Zure... of Zure looking down on me with the smug smile that he always has... As if he would be the king of the world... I looked at him but then I saw another one... and another one and five more... am I losing my mind... 

???: "KILL HIM! CRUSH HIM!"

???: "DESTROY THIS PATHETIC HUMAN!"

???: "YOU ARE STRONGER!"

The voices called in my head repeating themselves over and over again. It's Zure's fault it's all his fault! I will...!

Zure? 1: "Hey, over there! Isn't that the kid?"

I heard movement around the area and could see... some black and golden constructs and I can feel their hostility... but it's not against me... I can feel them they are part of ...me?

Zure? 2: "Ugh, of course... But hey, movement like puppets, these are these special Grimm."

Zure? 3: "Uhm, didn't they get annihilated? Why are there still some of them alive?"

Zure? 1: "It doesn't matter, they aren't strong, we will deal with them and then return the kid to Ozpin."

Did he just call me weak again!? I will show him who's truly the stronger!

"Die..."

Zure? 3: "Huh, did they say something!?"

Zure? 2: "No, it was the kid! Hey, what do you mean 'die'?"

I gripped my Xuanyuan Sword and slowly got up. I can feel it, the power... the power that the voices promised!

"Die... Die... Die... DIE DIE DIE YOU PATHETIC DISGUSTING INSECTS!"

Ozpin was sitting in his office seemingly waiting for something. The General of Atlas, was also there probably waiting for the same thing.
