Chapter 15: Beacon Academy - Brothers

Current Day, Vale Hospital, 3rd Person POV

Eclipse: "And that's the end of my story. The reason why I'm here."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Now that you know that I was responsible for the tragedy in Vale and the fact that I'm a potential threat to humanity, aren't you scared of me?"

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Not even a bit? Well, then I guess you must have seen some weird stuff in your life, hehe."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Well, the next thing I will do is go back to Beacon, I guess. The doctors that the big boss of my old friend told me that my wounds would almost completely heal by tomorrow. It's crazy, not having human physiology anymore but it also has some advantages."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "My brother? Of course, I will have my duel against him, to defeat him. But I have to wait for him to recover first. Don't get me wrong, I'll not feel sorry for him or anything, but after he overcharged his Semblance to defeat the Herrscher, he is severely weakened and if I now beat him that would be just unfair and no real victory. I'll defeat him at his full strength."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Mhm, yeah, it seems like you have seen it, all the hate that I had for my brother, well I really hated him, but I had a lot of time to think... And, even though he always gets on my nerves, I  have to accept that was one of the few persons who truly cared for me... in a weird way but he's trying."

The other patient chuckled at this like he was thinking "finally you get it, you idiot!". 

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Thanks, I only hope that I will get the chance during the tournament. Anyway, it's getting late. Although I don't require sleep anymore, I still want to do it. They said it helps with keeping your humanity."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Yeah, good night then."

And so both patients went to their respective sick beds and began to sleep until the next morning. Early in the morning, two doctors entered the room, although one of them didn't belong to the Vale hospital.

Doc: "Good morning you two."

The two patients greeted them back while one of the two made his way to check up on the patient, the other one went to Eclipse. 

Doctor: "Eclipse, today you will return to Beacon. The Overseer has accepted your request about your unfinished business."

Eclipse: "That's good to hear. And when can I go?"

Doctor: "You are free to leave, although I would advise you to stay until breakfast, that's a safe meal after all for you."

Eclipse and the other two people laughed at the comment of the scientist. While waiting for breakfast Eclipse began to prepare his things and soon breakfast was served. After the boy has eaten his meal, he made himself ready to leave the hospital but not before saying goodbye to his roommate. 

Eclipse: "I'll be leaving now. We may have only known each other for a few hours, but I still enjoyed your company. And... thank you for listening to my story. Maybe we'll see us again."

???: "..."

Eclipse: "Yeah, very well then. Farewell, Y/N."
