"I promise you Eri, I'll help you."

You couldn't stop thinking about the incident that happened earlier, you bumped into the same villain Sir Night Eye was telling you about, and upon meeting him, you weren't scared at all.

Not for yourself at least.

The way the girl trembled in Izukus arms, the way she cried and begged you to not leave, that terrified you, and you couldn't stop thinking about her.

Please be okay.

"Akari? You're zoning out again."

You turn around, "sorry Mina." You say and she sighs, "what's wrong? You've been like this since yesterday. Is it because you and Bakugo argued?"

You raise a brow, "what argument? We didn't argue?" You ask, confused. "Oh. I just thought you two argued because of the way he's been acting. He's been angrier than usual." She says and you frown.

Now that you think about it, Katsuki had been pretty cold towards you since yesterday, is he mad at me again?

Looking at the time, you realise that it's time for you to go to the hospital, where Shoto will be waiting for you.

"I'm gonna head out for a while,"

"Where to?"

"Just gonna go train."

You hated lying.

Not only you've lied to Katsuki, you're also lying to Mina.

Why can't I just tell the truth?

"I dont think I'm ready yet, I can't." You say with a shaky breath, trying to hold back your tears.

"That's alright. We'll come again later." Shoto said softly, his brows furrowing when a tear slipped from your eye.

He reached towards your face, cupping it as he swiped your tear away with his thumb.
"It's okay to be scared." He said, a soft smile on his lips.

"But if it's not rude of me to ask, why haven't you told Bakugo?" He asked and you tensed.

Thinking about Katsuki at the moment was even more painful than you could imagine, you've been meeting shoto in secret for a few days now and everytime you tried to speak to him, he brushed you off or gave you the cold shoulder which confused you.

He refused to talk or even look at you, which added to the mountain of stress that was already weighing down on you, and he wouldn't even let you try, and he wouldn't tell you why.

You've barley seen him in the past few days, and everytime you did he'd seem to avoid you.

"He won't talk to me and I don't even know why." You say, taking a deep breath.

Shoto sighed, "then there may be something wrong. But I'm sure you'll work it out." He said and you smile, "thanks for being here for me shoto." You say and lean closer, and shoto closes his eyes as you place a kiss on his cheek.

He tilted his head and smiled at you which made you smile wider, just like a puppy.

At the dorms, Katsuki was laying in his bed, trying to distract himself so he doesn't break something.

His phone went off as his screen lit up, and his heart thumped in his chest as he reached a shaky hand towards the phone, opening it, he saw the same unknown number, but this time with new pictures:
