Sure enough, Harry saw the waitress emerge back into the patio a minute or two later.

She walked over to their table.

"Hello. What can I get for you today?"
She asked them.

"Err... ill have some English Breakfast tea and a piece of strawberry cake," Draco said slowly.

"I'll have an Earl Grey and chocolate cake," Harry's aid right after.

"Great," said the waitress and she left.

"I'm glad we have fall break. I got tired of work," Harry said, leaning back in his chair and looking up at the sky.

"Yeah..." Draco said slowly. It seemed like he was thinking.

"Harry, I'm sorry," he said very abruptly.

"What?" Harry said quizzically.

"For moving in with you. For causing all of this stress. I just don't have anything else.."

"Yeah I get it," Harry said passionately.

"And I love you. I would do anything for you. I want you to stay with me," Harry added.

Draco smiled and he looked beautiful as the wind swept under his hair and his eyes glistened.

"I love you too," he croaked.

Harry sat up.

"There's just one thing.." Draco began worriedly.

Harry looked at him with expectancy.

"Can we please just ask my dad? It would save so much trouble, what if he finds out.." Draco said still worried.

"Don't worry, babe. It can't happen and if we try to persuade your dad it will just fail and he will know and never let us and be mad at you," Harry's aid persuasively.

"Yeah.. fine. Fine, I've made my mind. We won't tell him," Draco said though sounding a little bit skeptical.

"Ok," Harry said relaxedly.. he knew what he had said was true but as he thought into the depths of the situation he realized that if Dracos dad found out.. that would be bad. Draco would hate him for it..

"Harry. You ok?" Draco said at once and Harry popped out of his thinking.

"Yeah. Yeah, fine," Harry said innocently, propping himself up in his chair awkwardly.

"Oh! Our foo- never mind," Harry said having to trued changing the topic but seeing that the waitress who had come out onto the patio was a different one hand had different food before he had even said anything.

"Anyway.." Draco said.

There was an awkward silence as they both couldn't find anything to say to each other.

"Nice weather for autumn," Harry said at once.

"Yeah.. s'pose," Draco said though Harry could see on his face that he was looking zoned out and anxious and knew that he wasn't listening but was thinking again.

"Er.. hope our food comes soon," Draco said mindlessly as he was still thinking.

"We'll, your wish is granted," Harry said as he saw the real waitress walking out onto the patio and approaching their table.

"Here you are," she said, setting platters of cake in front of both of their seats and then placing the teas there as well.

"Thank you," Harry's no Draco said both at the Same time.

The waitress smiled and left.

Their eating and drinking was quite soundless; they both seems to be in deep thought and Harry had an odd feeling that they were both thinking about the same thing. He even sensed it. They're ere both thinking, what if Lucius found out...
