The breakfast that Draco had prepared for them was very nice. He had put down various things on the table and had set up the table with two seats.
He was sitting very nicely on one of the seats and Harry joined across from him.
There was bread, butter, jam, sugar, tea, coffee, honey, cheese, plates, and saucers.
"Draco- babe.. how could I thank you?" Harry said in disbelief as he sat down across Draco.
"Oh, it's nothing. Just a nice way for me moving in," Draco said, picking up a piece of bread and taking a knife and butter out.
Harry smiled at Draco and pouring in some tea into his cup and taking a piece of bread.
Sunlight drifted into the kitchen from the windows, casting a morningly light beam across the table.
"Area we doing anything today?" Harry asked.
"I was thinking we should. Otherwise I just would have dressed up for nothing," Draco said reasonably.
"Not for me," Harry said, winking as he smeared some jam on his bread.
Draco chuckled.
"I hope everything will work out," Harry said worriedly at once; his brain had switched back to thinking about what would happen if Lincoln's found out that Draco moved in with Harry.
"What do you mean?" Asked Draco uncertainly.
"You know-" Harry began, deciding in his mind to finally tell Draco as he was Harry's boyfriend and now even lived in the same apartment.
"If your dad finds out. Your gonna kill me," Harry said quietly. It was as if all the happiness that had just been in the room disappears all of a sudden and there was an eerie silence in which Draco looked uncomfortably down at the table.
Draco began twitching his fingers and Harry thought he ought to change the subject; it was very on-edge.
He could bet find how to and it seemed Draco couldn't either, he was just looking down.
"Let's hope he doesn't," Harry said now so quietly that he was whispering.
"Maybe we shouldn't have done this. Maybe-" Draco's voice grew and he stood up.
"Dra-"
Draco sighed and sat back down, furrowing his brow.
"If he finds out.." Draco added to the unfinished thought.
Harry just took a night of his bread and stared out of the window.
"Dray.. there's no way that he could find out. Why would he come here? He never came to your apartment. Why would he come to ours. He never did, did he?.." Harry began.
"One time," Draco said quietly.
Harry looked confused.
"What?"
"I never told you. When I moved in. He wanted to see it."
"Oh," was all that came out of Harry's myth as he huddled around with his fingers.
"Well, he ought to do that with us, right? He'll never find out.. it was because he knew you moved to An apartment.." Harry said hopefully though their was a clear tone of darkness in his voice.
"Harry. You don't understand. You wouldn't know what would happen if he found out," Draco said.
There was a moment of silence.
"Did you think about that the whole time? Did you think of it before that he could find out?" Draco added stonily.
