Myth (my hero academia x oc)

Discovery

The Jaded abyss landed at its destination, a cave. This cave was specifically used for the smugglers to finish their deals and where the buyers get their prizes. The cave was dark and dingy but it was the perfect location none the less. To their surprise the heroes found them. Dai gave out a very annoyed grunt as he stormed on deck. Sparks flickered from his fists as he tightened them to the point where his knuckles where white.

"STOP THEM NOW!"  Dai shouted as he jumped off the ship onto the doc. The men followed him loyally and never faltered...until they saw All Might. Dai didn't let them retreat, why would he? As the heroes and smugglers clashed, Eraser slipped through the chaos practically unseen. There was a big hole in the side of the ship, large metal chunks fell in the water. Causing the water to become more aggressive as it splashed against the cave walls. As Aizawa walked in to the ship, he felt the air around him become cooler.

"Weird, the temperature dropped." Aizawa said in a monotone voice.

"Shit! Shit! Shit! This damn heroes ruin everything! I will not leave here with out my prize!" Someone shouted. Aizawa quietly followed the sounds of the incoherent cursing. The metal flooring became like ice, frost covered it and the walls. As Aizawa turned on a corner, he was met with the source of the cursing.

This must be their partner. Aizawa thought to himself as he walk out of his hiding spot. His hands where in his pockets as he walked. The man banged on the metal door profusely until he saw Aizawa.

"Ahh! A hero?! Come to steal my prize from me? Not going to happen, I've spent my life on this work and I will not have its only discovery taken from me!" Kisho shouted more. Aizawa gave out an annoyed grunt as he looked at the man.

"Are you done shouting? It's really annoying, why don't you do us both a favor and turn yourself in?"

"Y-You! Never! I've work to hard to abandon my work!" Kisho replied angrily. Kisho charged like a mad man at Aizawa, only to be caught off guard when he couldn't use his quirk. Aizawa blocked the man's sloppy attacks quite gracefully. He then proceeded to knock the crazed man out. As Kisho fell to the ground, a key card fell out of his pocket. Aizawa picked it up with a raised brow.

Glancing over at the big door, Aizawa walked up to it. The temperature dropped more as he got closer. Looking back at the unconscious man, he wonder why the guy didn't us the key card. Maybe he was just going crazy because of the fear of getting caught? Aizawa pushed the thoughts out of his head as he looked for the mechanism for the card.

"There it is, now, what is in here that mad that guy so crazy." Aizawa said to himself as the door opened. A wave of cold hit the man like a big wave of water. Aizawa gave out a shiver as his rubbed his arms. He was very displeased with how cold it was. His foot steps echoed through the room, Aizawa stopped walking when he found a big tank. A shadow of something was inside.

"What the- what's in here?" Aizawa questioned as he started to rub the tank's frost off. But what he saw next only made the man more surprised. Aizawa was face to face with a merman. The boy seemed to be unconscious as he slept on the tank floor. Aizawa quickly sent a signal to the heroes so they knew to come find him.

After a while the heroes stood next to the sleepy man with the same look of surprise on their faces. All Might walked up to the tank and grazed his fingers over the glass in sympathy of the creature.

"I can't believe it, a really merman. Wonder what they did to the poor thing." Midnight said as he looked to Aizawa.

"No idea."

"We need to get it out of here quickly, judging by what they put it in and the temperature. I'd say this creature lives in freezing waters, we should build the creature some where to stay so it can recover. We can also learn more about it by building trust." Nezu said as he walked around the room.

"You really think that will work? Shouldn't we release it back into the water where it belongs?" Snipe asked.

"Well, not at the moment. I think we should make sure it doesn't have any injuries. We can discuss this more back on campus." Nezu said. All the Hero's gave a nod in response as he helped transport the tank to campus. Where they hoped the creature would make a good and fast recovery.
