Annerose, The Spectrobe Master 2

Chapter 6: Daichi.

After saving a kid that was left behind, getting him to safety in the museum and discussing the next course of Action, Annerose, Riku and Jeena make their way to Daichi in hopes of stopping maja's Krawl swarm assaulting Kollin. Once they arrived on Daichi, Riku, Annerose and Komainu made their way towards the Tower on Daichi.

"This takes me back a bit. This is where i first found Aldous and battled along side the spectrobes." Annerose reminisced

"Spikanor and Zozanero back when they were Spikan and zozane?" Riku assumed.

"That's right. This was the same place i first encountered the krawl. Vajrayaska barely effected them when attacked them. It wasn't until the prizmod activated itself and summoned out Spikan and zozane." Annerose added.

"I'd like to hear more but i'm interested in Maja right now." Riku admitted to annerose, Respectfully. "If we don't stop her, kollin and Amidahara will be gone. Who knows how long Mitico and Grumpy can hold out."

"You're right." Annerose agreed with riku in a serious tone.

The three (including komainu.) made their way toward Daichi's tower. Along the way, A strange fog appeared.

"Rikurou, Stay close." Annerose ordered.

Annerose looks beside her and find riku missing. She looked around trying to locate him before komainu jumped onto her shoulder and remained.

"If you're here then, where Rick?" Annerose wondered after seeing komainu on her shoulder.

Meanwhile, riku manage to traverse the fog and reaches the tower. Riku sees the tower and Maja standing beside it, seemingly waiting for him. Riku notices that he's Separated from Annerose and komainu so, with no choice Riku approached Maja and tower cautiously.

"Rikurou... i knew you'd come." Maja said confidently.

"Maja! You'd better tell me what you're up too!" Riku demanded. "You can start with you telling us you were coming here."

Maja laughs in response to Riku and says to him: "You're smarter than you look."

"Just answer the question!" Riku demanded.

"Anything you say..." maja responded. "I'm about to flood the nanairo system but i've changed my mind and sending the entire swarm to Amidahara with krawl. Consider it a present from me to you. The entire system and city will be wiped out in a flash... just like the ice planet Hyoga, which was decimated long ago. You may be Annerose's Servant, but what could someone as weak as you do against such a massive force? I'd say your chances are smaller than the grains of dust you blow away from annerose's Fossils." Maja explained to Riku.

What Maja said to Riku struck a chord in him and made him doubt his abilities to help annerose as well as fight krawl. Riku tries to shake it off and confronts Maja more, Asking "What are you getting at?"

"I have a little proposition for you. I believe there's a way we could help each other." Maja explained maliciously. "Riku, i want you to join me. You see, i need the power of a spectrobe master and i've seen you order spectrobes around. And in return for your cooperation, i shall give you the power you so desire and i'll stop the krawl heading to Nanairo and Amidahara." Maja said to Riku temptingly.

"Power..." riku said to himself quietly.

"Do we have a deal?" Maja asked while putting out her hand.

Riku is hesitant and thinks about what Maja said in his mind, thinking: "If i join Maja, i can save mitico and everyone in Amidahara... but she's a high krawl and that offer of power is quite tempting... will Maja really keep her word if i join her? If i do accept... will i really be more useful to Miss annerose?" Rikurou wondered. Riku realizes something in Maja's words and asks her: "How do you know about Amidahara?"
