"I love you, Cassidy, just know that."
He put his hands on my face, "You are beautiful, know that."
I realized that the blonde guy looked like Melvin, his blonde hair, blue eyes, and tall body stood next to me.
"I love you," I said.
The surroundings looked as if they were photoshopped, multiple times adjusting the lighting and how the fog just seemed to float around our feet.
"I think we should-"
I jumped out of my new bed, still multiple boxes surrounding it.
I looked at the clock, 3:09 AM, too early to do anything.
I tried to think what that dream meant, that I liked Melvin? Impossible. I just meant him, he could be a psycho maniac. He did save me from that dog.
Maybe I did like Melvin, he seemed nice. Smart. No one wants a Homer as a husband, well, I guess Marge Simpson does, but you know what I mean.

I pulled up a skirt and pulled down a pretty blouse. I put on a necklace that I found in my grandma's pretty blue jewelry box, and headed on my way to school.
I didn't really know the way walking to school, I just hoped I'd see Kyra or Melvin on my way. To my luck, I did.
"Hey," Kyra said. This was the first time I took a pretty good look at her. She had freckles spread across the tops of her cheeks, just under her eyes. Her eyes were a greenish blue color, and she had light brown, almost blonde, hair.
"Hey back," I said, "On your way to school?" I asked, of course already knowing the answer.
"Yeah. I usually take the bus, but, I needed the exercise. You live nearby."
"About a block away," I said.
She smiled, "So, while I was walking home, I just happened to see Melvin on your front porch guarding you from that dog who's name I forget. Ring a bell?"
I nodded, "He came out of nowhere."
"No, Cass, he was following you. He was hidden behind a bush while you were walking up the stairs to your house."
I looked at her, "And how would you know unless you were following me too?" I didn't mean for it to sound angry, it just came out like that.
I wanted to walk away from her, but I couldn't, or I would never find my way to school.
"Jeesh, somebody's angry."
I ignored her, and walked on, now I saw the school in the distance.
I ran up the stairs, and into the school.
"Hey, Cassidy, right?" A blonde haired girl with a ponytail said, "I'm Jean, from the welcoming committee."
I smiled, "Well, I needed some welcoming yesterday, but-"
"I was absent yesterday. The flu, had it for a week." She frowned, "Anyway, if you need any help or anything, talk to me."
I smiled, "Okay, thank you."
I walked into first period, and sat down at my seat.
"Hey," Kyra said, "Again. Like I was saying-"
Melvin sat down, she laughed, "Never Mind, tell you later, how was the end of yesterday, Melvin?"
Melvin looked at me, "It was great. I actually saved this girl I like..."
There- I was frozen. My cheeks turned bright red, and of course, Kyra noticed.
